Dear Mikey:

I was in the airport on my way home for leave last winter. Some guy in the terminal came up to me, shook my hand and said “great job killing those devil worshiping muslim sandniggers boy!”. Something I’ve realized, these kids, like the young suicide bomber I killed not long ago during the attack on (battle location withheld), they’re brainwashed mikey. They’re brainwashed into believing that every non muslim from the west is evil and deserves to die. That, mixed with the fact that they resent us for the luxuries we have, coupled with the fact that they grow up in an enviroment that is war torn, allows them to act on these feelings and emotions. Hence you have “Jihad”. What they portray as Jihad, is in fact the U.S., NATO, UN, etc trying to squash a terrorist network and restabelize a country. But the truth mikey, the truth of the matter is that whenever our military’s leadership or chaplains, tell or infer to their subordinates or “flock” that this a Holy War, which happens nonstop over hear and in the States, such outrageous statements make us no different from the same people we’re fighting. What that man in the airport (who I almost punched) teaches his kids, makes him no better than the insurgents, the Madrassa leaders, Mullah Mohammed Omar(Taliban leader). As long as the military is secular, our wars will be political, not religious. It’ll be about making the world a better place, rebuilding Afghanistan, helping to stabilize the middle east. If we make this war religious, as we are doing, it’ll never end. It’s been going on since the crusades and I don’t need to tell you who usually wins a longterm asymetric war. Sadly, it seems that MRFF is the only organization that understands that we pay dearly in the blood of our combat troops for the Crusader mentality expressed by our military leaders and chaplains.
