Dear Mickey and Bonnie,
I just read the MRFF piece in yesterday’s Truthout.com and am behind your efforts 100%. As a Vietnam Vet, I must say that I never encountered the religious arm twisting and prejudice that is apparently all too common today. I totally support your efforts to keep today’s military (and politics) ‘of the people’… ALL the people. While I am not a ‘peacenik’ I am totally against the futile wars in Afghanistan and Iraq and the toll it’s taking on America and America’s men and women in uniform.
