Please don’t use my email or anything else. I know you do well to protect those of us too scared to come out with this to our chain – they tell us to address the issue with them, but I don’t trust them. I wish I could talk to them about it, but all I have seen are empty promises to fix the system.
I’m feeling some heat from the last email I sent you about the response to Falcon Clips. People assume it’s someone who attended the meeting, but it could also be someone standing outside listening, discussion about this. Some people are feeling pressure – I’ll keep you updated.
So, does the Academy leadership actually walk the talk? They’re good at talking. Not so great at ensuring people aren’t ostracized. The leaders aren’t taking this seriously. It’s no wonder cadets and staff speak directly to you – not a lot happens when we speak with our leadership.
