That after all the egregious things Israel and American Jews do in the name of “Judaism” that cause me to cringe, your actions epitomize what I was raised to believe being a Jew was supposed to mean. Naturally, ethical behavior isn’t something any one religion (or lack thereof) has a corner on but, believing our own self-generated propaganda, I/We expect so much more out of Me/Us than is usually produced that it’s a real renewal of one’s faith in humanity to see the ideals so well portrayed.
