LET CHRISTIANS FREE TO SPEAK!!!

Every religion has the right to speak. Are you atheist?

Dear (name withheld),

Thank you for contacting MRFF.

We at MRFF come from a variety of religious and non-religious backgrounds. Yes, there are some atheists but Mikey is not one of them. Our common goal is to stop the hijacking of all branches of the military by Domionist Christians who believe that all wars are “Holy Wars” and they must cleanse the earth of all non-Christians to usher in the second coming of Jesus to reign for 1,000 years. This of course throws out the book of Revelations completely.

Dominionist Christians are intolerant of mainline Christians…Protestants, Methodists, etc…and believe that they exclusively are the spokespersons for and have a direct pipeline to God. That their Christianity is the “right kind” and all others are false. When one faction of a religion believes it is the only way to heaven it borders on being a cult.

The USAFA has a long history of proselytizing their form of Domionist Christianity. Those that are mainline Christians, non-Christians and atheists are being harassed, beaten, overlooked for promotions, given bad reviews, forced out of the Air Force and called unpatriotic. The AF wants only “Warriors for Christ” who answer to a higher power (God) over our Commander-in-Chief.

We are not against Christianity but the venue. All we ask is that it be moved off base. The National Day of Prayer is supposed to be non-denominational and inclusive of all religions. By the USAFA inviting Lt. Clebe McClary to give the keynote address, when other religions are only allowed to do a reading, and state that the USMC stands for the “United States Marines for Christ”, smacks of an outright endorsement for this type of proselytizing by the military to the ostracizing of other soldiers.

In no way are we out to “censor” Lt. Clebe McClary. Under the Constitution he is free to speak and proselytize to anyone he wants but under that same Constitution and military law he is not free to don the military uniform, appear on base and give a call for Christ.

Again, we are NOT AGAINST CHRISTIANITY.

I hope this clears up any confusion you may have about this situation.
