MRFF Featured by CNN – Air Force’s use of Christian messages extends to ROTC

Mikey,
WOW!!!  To be expected, under the circumstances, but WOW!!!
And the follow through, that “war theory” is naturally taught in other government funded education, propped up by the same “ethical” teachings, because it’s probably taught by US veterans.  No wonder the USA looks like a militant Christian bully to the rest of the world, especially the Muslim populations!  The complete follow through, of course, is the invasion of Iran, tainted with Bush’s mention of crusade.
The speed with which the ROTC instructor reached you, Mikey, suggests you are at or nearing the tipping point.  There is an uprising brewing, with backlash against all religion in response to out of control extremism of every faith-based sort.  I expect that the greater the intelligence and courage, the faster the turn, from quiet bystander to outspoken supporter.  Richard Dawkins believes atheists have reached critical mass, and finally have a voice to be reckoned with.
I hope Rev. Barry Lynn and others jump on the article’s statement:  “ ‘Just war theory’ is taught at state institutions all across the nation-explicitly citing Augustine’s contribution-and never has it been an issue,” Donohue’s letter continued.”  It’s out of MRFF purview, but it is ripe for picking.
Our tax dollars at work, preaching the gospel of Christian-justified war.  See the cartoon, below, demonstrating how Jews are both vilified and dragged into this sort of Christian logic.
