Dear MRFF,

Per the “Bible” humanity’s sin, past & present, collectively ALL of humanity’s sin, put Christ on the cross. We ALL “killed” the Christ. I understand that Judaism does not share the view, however we ALL individually get to make a decision. Jesus Christ of Nazareth is a Jew. His birth, death (including manner), family genaology…is a matter of record from the Old Testament. What you speak of, that misbehavior at the academy, is just another horrible aspect of human beings-dark hearts + can not think. Sorry to hear of it, love ya brother…Oh by the way the United States military industrial complex (remember Eisenhower spent 1.5 hours of national TV time warning US about) AND oil interests, irrevocably have wrecked the currency-hence our future, in which the military, just following orders, also has not been doing much thinking either…bomb baby bomb, save some of your bombs for the academy…Go Jews..Go Christians..Go all those who do not want to try to think….The point of it is: God so loved the world (everyone) He gave His only begotten Son such whomever(everyone, again) believes this shall not perish, but shall have everlasting life…that would be with God, Christ and Holy Spirit, as heaven is a place AND a relationship with God through Christ. So, if it don’t look like love, it ain’t. The genius of this Bible is it’s simplicity. Yet you can spend your whole life studying it and never be able to explain it ALL…God so loved the world..

Dear (name withheld),

Mikey has read your email and asked me to respond on behalf of MRFF.

Greg….I have read your email, and as a Christian volunteer working with MRFF I’m having some trouble in deciphering the point you’re trying to convey to Mikey and all of us here at MRFF.

As a Christian I also believe Christ died on the cross for mankind. However, in regards to Mikey and MRFF’s goal, my belief (and yours) is entirely irrelevant. The irrelevancy of our religious beliefs, or lack thereof, shall continue due to the likes of Mikey and MRFF as we continue to fight very loud and very hard to protect the rights of U.S. Military Members who swear an oath and put their lives on the line to protect the purely secular representative democracy that was formed by the Constitution of the United States of America.

The framers of the United States Constitution made a reasoned, logical, clear and concise decision to form a completely secular democratic republic through the individual and combined application of the following constitutional provisions:
…no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States. (Article VI, Section 3, in relevant part)
-and-
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof…(Amendment 1; in relevant part)
This cornerstone of American Exceptionalism has proven, in innumerable ‘real world’ applications, the unparalleled wisdom of this approach in both maintaining and promoting, the efficient, effective, and legitimate representative democracy for all as envisioned by the framers. Most importantly however, it has come to pass that this wisdom has secured not only our national security, but the security of all nations in its application to the most lethal and far reaching military force in the history of mankind. Our survival as a nation and a species depends upon the protection of this secular mandate against forces intent on its destruction. Mikey and his family have staked their physical and financial health on protecting this secular mandate through the development and operation of the Military Religious Freedom Foundation.

I sincerely ask you to join me as a fellow Christian in supporting Mikey and MRFF by realizing that you do not have to profess or proselytize our faith at the expense of our secular democratic heritage in order to remain a very proud Christian.

Your consideration is appreciated,

Andy Kasehagen, MRFF volunteer
