MRFF THOMAS JEFFERSON AWARD WINNER PENS OP-ED FOR THE THE COLORADO SPRINGS GAZETTE

“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.”

Those last four words are optional. Should they be mandatory? H.R.1425 – the “Preserve and Protect God in Military Oaths Act of 2015”, says yes. If this bill becomes law, all cadets, midshipmen, enlisted, and officers who cannot say those words in good conscience must either disobey, lie, or be drummed out of the armed forces as unfit for military service. So now we no longer have religious freedoms in the Military, according to the jerk and liars at Civil liberties group and Mockey Weinstien. You sicko’s want a dictatorship don’t you. There are millions and millions more like that Air Force Major General. You will be meeting Christ one of these days.

    To the communist, and “atheist” of this organization;

    3 Above all, you must understand that in the last days scoffers will come, scoffing and following their own evil desires. 4 They will say, “Where is this ‘coming’ he promised? Ever since our ancestors died, everything goes on as it has since the beginning of creation.” 5 But they deliberately forget that long ago by God’s word the heavens came into being and the earth was formed out of water and by water. 6 By these waters also the world of that time was deluged and destroyed. 7 By the same word the present heavens and earth are reserved for fire, being kept for the day of judgment and destruction of the ungodly.
