“In his letter, Weinstein called what the cadets did (knelt in prayer) “a putrid example of fundamentalist Christian supremacy, triumphalism and exceptionalism” and a “disgrace” that could be used as propaganda for ISIS recruiting.” Mikey Weinstein is a misguided individual who is full of hatred of a God who he claims to not exist. He is specifically targeting the Christian faith, which proves that he is harassing, intimidating, and discriminating against one particular religious faith. Moreover, he is making a mockery of the first amendment, which if allowed without punishment, any organization can also target the Islamic or other faith with impunity. Religious freedom in America is a right maintained by our brave military men and women. Mikey Weinstein is a wrong and must be stopped!
Just about summons it all up!!

Dear (name withheld),

Religion should remain a private endeavor. Public displays of religious belief are merely proselytizing and are designed to reinforce narrow belief systems.

Mr. Weinstein hates no god or those who subscribe to a god.  Instead he urges those who do subscribe not to attempt to foist their beliefs on others  or require considerations from them.
