Military Religious Freedom Foundation called the sign the “Poster of Shame”

“An Army recruiting station has been ordered by higher ups to shelve a sidewalk sandwich board with the wording “On a mission for both God and country.”
“The Military Religious Freedom Foundation is delighted the Constitution has been adhered to by the U.S. Army Recruiting Command,” Weinstein said after the sign’s removal.
Every time I hear something about the MRFF going off about it reminds me of seeing the chimps at the zoo pick their butts and throw their crap at people.
I thought I would take this time to let you know that we raised another $8000 and passed out over 2000 New Testaments at several bases in AZ.
And please, don’t go through the useless effort of trying to explain to me how you are Christians and/or believe in and serve God …. Christians are to live their lives in all areas at all times, including in the military, serving God and spreading the message of His saving grace.
And if the Constitution did in fact state separation of church and state as you define it, it would be the duty of every true Christian, according to God’s Word, to defy the Constitution.
TTYL chimps.

This is an opinion expressed by the Republic of Arizona L.L.C., an act of free speech as protected under the Constitution of the United States of America.

Hi (name withheld),Some countries choose religious constitutions, others opt for secular guidelines.

Countries in which religious constitutions are allowed to guide civil law generally operate on a  quasi-religious basis.  Many Muslim and even some majority Christian countries commingle civil and religious law.

Countries such as America, while protecting religious liberty, have  chosen to separate religion from government operation. This enables government to make decisions based on actual fact and law.

As you know, despite the comforting aspect of religion, various religions and their practitioners have been responsible for massive loss of life and oppressive governments.

I see that you are quite prepared to overthrow the US Government in favor of Christian rule and you are living in a religion based republic guaranteed by force of arms.

You have therefore, in my estimation, relinquished your American citizenship and are a domestic enemy of the United States of America. I served two tours of duty as a rescue helicopter pilot in Vietnam  in the company of true patriots incurring two wounds. Your activities are a direct insult to them and the many others who truly sacrificed for our great nation.

And as for Chimps, they are much better company than some religious nuts.

Dear (name withheld),

Oh (name withheld)….I really wanted to give you some education but it appears you are too busy flinging your own poo around. Most of it seems to be landing on your keyboard, however.
We totally support your endeavor to evangelize. In fact, if a Christian (or member of any faith) does not evangelize I think it’s questionable whether or not they really care about people – as they are condemning them to eternal damnation. But I also know that “no means no”. Many religious people like you probably don’t understand that and move from evangelization to proselytization, which is evangelizing against the recipient’s will. We call that religious rape. Now, I hope you see the difference.
But since you’re not a real Christian I guess it doesn’t matter what I tell you. You are clearly violating one of Christ’s own direct orders:
Then Jesus said to them, “Give back to Caesar what is Caesar’s and to God what is God’s.” And they were amazed at him.
But I guess you can just cherry pick the words of Christ and substitute them with whatever you feel like. Congrats!
The Separation of Church and State is a Christian ideal. You suffer from #christianfail … You might want to look into that…

Very Respectfully,
