Funny how you only go after Christians.
Your presumptuous protest is not funny but false.
For your information, the Military Religious Freedom Foundation is the only American non-profit organization dedicated solely to protecting the right to religious freedom of our military men & women (of all faiths & beliefs) from those who do not respect that right. To date, we have represented over 67,000 military members (95% are Christians) who have requested our assistance. We will proudly & patriotically do so as long as there are those who interfere with that right. For this pro-bono advocacy, the Foundation has been officially nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize 7 times. Also, the Foundation is composed of over 80% Christians.

They gave Obama the Nobel Peace Prize, so much for that…

“This Court has long recognized that the military is, by necessity, a specialized society separate from civilian society… While the members of the military are not excluded from the protection granted by the First Amendment, the different character of the military community and of the military mission requires a different application of those protections. The fundamental necessity for obedience, and the consequent necessity for imposition of discipline, may render permissible within the military that which would be constitutionally impermissible outside it … Speech that is protected in the civil population may nonetheless undermine the effectiveness of response to command. If it does, it is constitutionally unprotected.” 417 U.S.733 (1974)

Hi (name withheld),Funny you should think that. It’s not true. The incidents you are likely to hear about are the ones involving Christians because not much notoriety attends the thingswe deal with involving other religions, faiths or belief systems. I think that’s probably a question of whose ox is being gored,if you take my meaning. What prompted your rather cryptic, if clearly unfriendly, message? Maybe if you’d care to articulate your concern a bit moreclearly I can more easily help you better understand whatever it is that is troubling you.Mike Farrell(MRFF Board of Advisors)

Dear Chaplain Horovitz,
Jews need to accept Yeshua/Jesus as their Messiah otherwise they will not spend eternity in heaven. Those are Jesus’ words not mine.
Gee, Infidel, what about all the people who are in 3,000 different religions? If God didn’t want those religions to exists, he should have never allowed them to exists in the first place.
“Funny how you only go after Christians.” says the letter writer.
Let me correct this for you LW – “Funny how you only go after Christian Nationalists.”
Funny how Christian Nationalists aka Christianists aka Dominionists are the only ones who regularly ignore rules, protocols, the rights of others, and boundaries. Apparently rules are for ‘other folk’.
As I see it, the differences between a Christian and Christian Nationalists aka Christianists aka Dominionists are too numerous to list here. Suffice it to say Christians live by their faith; Chiristianists seek secular power which they use to force their dogmatic interpretations of religion on anyone who doesn’t follow the same dogma as themselves. Faith has nothing to do with the Christianist – it’s all about power and money.
Hmmm – didn’t Jesus have a few things to say about power and money? Maybe I misunderstood His message.
