MRFF Exposes 3-Star General’s Appalling Endorsement of Church’s Boast that “Uncle Sam” is its “Mission Sending Organization”
Lieutenant General Xavier Brunson, Commander of I Corps and Joint Base Lewis-McChord, who was “born again” at and attended Manna Church for a number of years while stationed at Fort Liberty, was the guest speaker at Manna’s 2023 Memorial Day service, endorsing this fundamentalist Christian church’s plan to exploit the frequent relocations of service members to “plant” 237 like-minded churches near other military bases.
In the words of one of Manna’s pastors:
“Uncle Sam, who’s kind of become our mission-sending organization because he takes great talented people and relocates them, so that’s kind of the vision.”

Any day that Christian nationalists co-opt the military for religion spreading purposes is a good day to defend the Constitution. Any day a Christian nationalist comes here to claim it’s the MRFF doing the crying as they literally write out the crying sounds is a good day to mock them ruthlessly.
As it’s been said in many fine rock anthems, it’s a good day to fight for the right to pound Christian nationalists into the past where they belong. The Constitution of We The People and the regulations guiding our military personnel is a fine place to make a stand. Too bad our local troll continually makes their stand on sand, may it’s grains shift beneath their feet.

Yeah, and I have seen a good number of Afro-Americans putting down other people of different ethnic and racial groups and when you call them out on it, they try to paint you as being racist. Many of them used racism to cover up their own racist acts.

Let LTG Brunson lead the way! Turn CG town halls into a revival, man, what a Christian rush! Troops will be highly motivated for their next Christian deployment (God’s calling), they can pray before they shoot, issue sticky bibles, damn, now that’s a recipe for military success!
They won’t have to worry about an atheist in a foxhole. Get rid of the Nones, their new motto, “Convert or Die,” we’d be well on our way to a truly professional military. Not like the one we have now with all those damn non-believers hanging around doing the Devil’s work!
Christian soldiers don’t worry about dying because they know they go to a better place.

Ever notice how senior leader speaking events are always mandatory in the military?
Makes you wonder how many would show up if given a choice!
Senior leaders this entrenched in a commitment to a particular flavor of magical thinking are not representative of the entire force. And the Nones are growing in leaps and bounds. It doesn’t take long for young troops today to figure out it’s just another control mechanism, their roles relegated to serving the careers of those in higher positions.
Much like the disarray and division in these not so United States of America.
Brought about by the self-serving interests of those in power.

I’m not saying LTG Brunson is an ineffective leader, but I am saying that anyone that buys into a move to Christianize a secular military is working against the oath he swore to protect and defend the Constitution.
