Mikey, Weinstein…..you’re Jewish…..these guys are fighting for you and your ancient homeland…shit happens, young men go overboard with things sometimes..especially during combat…my dad told me some things he saw in the Phillipines during WW2 that were horrible….that’s what war is, not pretty, but we can’t lose this one and remain strong….you’re wrong this time…

Dear (name withheld),

I don’t think anybody at MRFF wants to see ignorant, innocent Marines hung out to dry. But they need to be educated, and their leadership needs to face the consequences of permitting a known hate symbol to be openly used in their organizations. If you take the time to look at MRFF’s reaction, it is perfectly sensible: correct the problem and deal with the offenders. The historical significance of the “SS” symbol is known – or should be known – to the leadership. The SS symbol is directly addressed in Marine EO training on hate groups. The length of time the problem has gone on is not an excuse; it is more damning evidence against the leadership!
