I attended the first stop tonight of the book tour of a true American constitutional warrior. His name is Mikey Weinstein. He is the founder and head of the Military Religious Freedom Foundation.
The mission of the foundation is to stop the fundamentalist Christian unholy penetration and proselytization of the US Military. They represent 27,000 active duty and retired military personnel. 97% of them are evangelical, protestant, and Catholic Christians. They also represent about 10% of the Islamic members of the active US military.
I have read his emails for the past several years detailing the foundation’s confrontations with these Christian Wahhabi who have terrorized active duty personnel around the world for decades.
Mikey, his wife, and children face death threats and are some of the bravest people I know. Mikey and his wife have sacrificed their prosperous life. He had two bodyguards tonight.
