Encouraging Word for Mikey Weinstein

Dear Mr. Weinstein,

I just want to encourage you and tell you that the Lord Jesus sees and knows everything you are facing right now. He wants to be your strength when you are weak. I feel like He told me that something is wrong with your daughter. Sometimes I hear Him wrong, but if this is true, I feel like He wants to heal her.
Please pray to Him for mercy for you and your family. He is the only God who can help you right now! Please cry out to Him!
I am praying that you will see how much He loves you and wants to help you.

I think it’s wonderful that you feel called upon to encourage Mr. Weinstein in his work. I agree that what he’s doing is important. I’m sure that your belief in Jesus’ ability to see and know everything is what helps you send this message and offer his strength. It is kind of you. It’s very good, too, that you realize that when you hear Jesus’ message you sometimes “hear Him wrong,” because there is absolutely nothing wrong with anyone in the Weinstein family or with those of us who work with and support them.

We are all healthy and happy to be protecting the religious freedom of those in the military from people who try to twist the meaning of Christianity into a very un-Jesus-like attempt to gain power over them.

So, if you heard Jesus say something is wrong it might be a good idea to look around at your own life and those who teach you, because there are a number of people who claim to love God but in fact only love power, and they can be very crafty in the way they twist the teachings of Jesus and manipulate well-meaning, innocent people, people perhaps like yourself, into spreading fear instead of love.
