Mr. Weinstein,

Sir, thank you for helping me deal with my (academic dept. name withheld) instructor here at the Air Force Academy who told me recently that “to be a supreme Air Force officer requires one to be a believer in a Supreme Being” and that “Jesus Christ is the most recognized Supreme Being in the history of mankind” and “we are all sinners who have fallen short and that Jesus is the only one who can wipe our sins away”. I do not want to reveal anyone’s name here especially my own. I knew that what my instructor said was very messed up. This instructor has said similar things to other cadets about Jesus and that if you fail to follow Jesus you will go to hell.

If he or she retaliates against me for the help you gave me in handling this stuff I will seek your help again right away.

My instructor knows I have spoken with you. I got an apology right after telling that to him or her. It seemed sincere. But I don’t really know given he or she seemed scared that I had talked to you.

Wanted to thank you again for the advice, sir.

V/R
