Don’t ask Obama, he wouldn’t know.

Hi (name withheld),
While you are perfectly entitled to believe that “Jesus is Commander in Chief of the entire universe,” there are some who believe differently. And the willingness to understand that, accept it and honor other points of view comprises one of the great principles upon which this country was founded. For that reason the legal concept of the separation of church and state was established in our nation and, as I’m sure you understand, it thus follows that your belief in Jesus, while perfectly proper, is a personal choice and has no place in our military or any other part of our government.
I’m quite sure President Obama, himself a Christian, is fully aware of these facts. Sadly, if appears that many of those in positions of authority at the Air Force Academy seem to have difficulty grasping them.
Best,

Mikey, you are full of crap.

Didn’t I just see a message from you indicating a belief in Jesus? This vulgar message
certainly calls that into question.

My faith in Jesus is strong and personal. And nobody should use it to decide if I’m a better soldier then my battle buddy who doesn’t share my faith
