    Our sincere gratitude for the IG Complaint against this severe infraction. In my 26 yrs I have never witnessed such unprofessional behavior from an officer STILL serving that was NOT punished. PLEASE keep those of us who are keenly interested in this process against Dowty posted on the progress of the complaint. I will personally lodge a complaint or do anything required to bring this horrendous behavior of an active officer to a stop; and he should NEVER receive tax payers dollars in the form of a retirement OR taxpayers dollars in the form of VA benefits.
