Subject:  Disgraceful, Forceful, Inappropriate and Insensitive

Good afternoon, Mikey.

For at least forty years, people have been subjected to viewing a scene of the three wisemen and a creche on the grounds of the Marine Corps Recruit Depot, (MCRD) San Diego.  This display was outdoors and was not placed on the grounds of the chapel.

Many people complained to various organizations in the greater San Diego area including the Anti-Defamation League, all to no avail.  The moment we contacted the Military Religious Freedom Foundation (MRFF), this organization immediately sprang into action and established a dialogue with the appropriate individuals at MCRD.

Words cannot express my gratitude for the devotion, kindness, and seriousness given by Mikey Weinstein and his team at the Military Religious Freedom Foundation.  The MRFF deserves the greatest respect from everyone who believes in fairness toward members of every religion or no religion in every branch of the United States Military.

Great thanks for everything.

Very truly yours,
