Mikey is confused by your message and hopes I can help clear it up. I’m afraid I don’t understand it either, so perhaps you’ll be kind enough to help both of us.

The fact that you quote the Bible suggests you’re a religious man. Because you quote from the Old Testament I’m not sure if you’re Jewish or Christian, but either way it appears the wisdom of the Bible brings you comfort, which we both appreciate.

That having been said, it appears to me your message has to be understood as a judgment, or perhaps I should say a mis-judgment, and I’m wondering why a thoughtful, believing person such as yourself would leap to the assumption conveyed in your message.

I do know that a great deal of misinformation gets circulated these days, some of it quite ridiculous and too much of it slanderous, but one expects thoughtful people to take care about things of such significance.

If you can help us better understand how and why such a painful and thoughtless assertion came from a believer such as yourself, it would be deeply appreciated.
