Continuing Coverage of MRFF Clients’ Dismissal of POW/MIA Table Lawsuit Against Manchester, NH VAMC and Proposed Bible-Free Second Table

At a hearing yesterday in the MRFF-sponsored federal lawsuit over the large, plexiglass-encased Christian Bible on the POW/MIA table in the lobby of the Manchester, NH VA Medical Center, the attorney for MRFF’s clients moved to dismiss the lawsuit without prejudice as part of the plan to achieve MRFF’s ultimate goal — to get a second, MRFF-designed, Bible-free POW/MIA table display placed in the same lobby. If MRFF’s table is denied an equal place by the Manchester VA Medical Center, a new lawsuit will be immediately filed on those grounds.
