Sounds like a credible journalist. It is my profound hope that Jonathan Larsen has a safe environment to detox after swimming in all the lies, delusions, and hateful beliefs.
As I learned it’s best to have such support structures in place before you dive in.

The funniest thing to me is Christian nationalists are so convinced every voice is with them they are now saying the quiet part out loud. And yes, their ultimate goal (aside from world domination) is an Apocalypse so their Lord and Savior will return.
Christian nationalists have target fixation, so focused on converting every human to their specific dogma they ignore their own holy book which states no human will know when the end of times will occur.
So focused on the end times as portrayed in their holy book they miss the fact that the narrative is not the full picture but a slice of the future, glimpsed as if through a straw interpreted by a human absolutely off their nut on bad rye (the grain not the drink).
My point is theocrats always figure they will be the ruling theocracy, that all the bad stuff will happen to us heathens while they get to rule from heaven. History would like a word if they can tear themselves away from the prognosticating straw.

In fairness, I’m very disappointed in Joe Biden with regards to the apartheid State of Israel and the genocide being perpetrated on the Palestinian people, the carnage Nazi-like in its war crimes against a defenseless population by Netanyahu and his Katanists in the Likud. Absolutely disgusting, Joe Biden complicit, which implicates us all.
It’s no secret Israel wants US (the U.S.) at war with Iran. Netanyahu wants America’s sons and daughters to die for Israel. My thoughts are fuck Netanyahu and his Likud terrorist brethren.
We’ve already attacked the Houthis with a huge presence in the Med and Red Sea, ready for another American embroilment in a larger scale conflict.
If you were Iran and attacked by the U.S. and/or Israel, what would you do? This requires a little thinking now. I know it’s hard but you can do it!
If I were Iran, I would immediately attack Israel, Tel Aviv specifically, start with the IDF headquarters and work on infrastructure, power, water, de-salinization, military targets. I would simultaneously attack the U.S. Navy’s 5th fleet home in Mina Salmon in Bahrain. I’d block the strait of Hormuz and attack Saudi oil assets on its East coast, Dhahran, etc. Enlist the Houthis to attack Israel along with Hezbollah from the North, along with Russia and Chinese assistance, and viola, you have a third world war!
So, back to the original question, a Democratic President is leading the charge right now in support of Israel but he’s smart enough to be looking at containment, knowing the stakes. But you have those on the Right, specifically, dipshits like Lindsey Graham, calling for direct attacks on Iran – now! Yeah, great move Lindsey! Fucking idiot!
Just about EVERY congressional representative has taken money from AIPAC, so they’re beholden to Netanyahu and his extreme right Nazis.
Biden knows the stakes. He’s playing a containment game, in an election year, trying to prevent a wider escalation. Therefore, the most immediate losers are the Palestinian people!
