Dear Mikey and MRFF,
Pound for pound you are the best chance we have to defeat the scourge of white Christian nationalism infecting our military today. The list of offenses by the current administration is too long to enumerate. It could start with the firing of C.Q. Brown because he was black. That’s why I don’t want my name revealed because I am not a Christian and I’m still supporting the USAF as an independent contractor. I fear retribution for my currently incorrect religious non-belief although I deliver products to USSTRATCOM. This is in spite of the fact that I am a USAFA ’77 grad, retired from active duty as an O-5, deployed for both Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom (OIF and OEF) like everyone else, assigned to the Air Staff in the Pentagon, Vice Commander, a registered Republican and Election Judge, and a believer in personal accountability, smaller government and lower taxes.
Everyone speaks in hyperbole nowadays, but still, you and the MRFF are our last great hope. How many times has someone said, “I wish I had not remained silent?” You are the tip of the spear of truth and give Armed Forces members a voice, a forum to say, “that’s not right.” When Leaders allow their base instincts guide their decisions on religious matters, the MRFF gives both a voice and immediate relief. I’ve seen it.

I agree. The God of Gods, Zeus, might just be our last great hope, helped by the MRFF, these United Russian States devolving quickly to an authoritarian equilibrium.
Troops in the streets against citizens, happening now, a Kent State on its way followed by martial law. Full control, habeas corpus suspended, free speech a crime.
But Zeus is third generation powerful, his father Cronus and Grandfather Uranus also in the God of Gods realm. Ancestral universal power!

OT a bit:
I read something interesting today. Well tragic really but… All those National Guard troops in California called up to DO STUFF? I don’t know who was in charge of logistics but the grunts are sleeping on in piles on loading docks and the foyers of empty offices. To date I’ve yet to see a cot or makeshift barracks. Nothing.
It makes me wonder what these troops have been told, what story was concocted to get them raring to go. Are the horrible conditions for our service personnel part of the back story? Enquiring minds and all that.
Ya know, I’ve been watching and rewatching the video feeds and to me it looks like a huge bunch of “if the authorities hadn’t started nothing there wouldn’t have been nothing”. So why start something in the first place?
Look, I’m just a self taught hippy with some Marine counter intelligence training from an old Marine who was self professed “rotten to the Corps”. And if I can see this stuff, why hasn’t anyone else?
Evil grows with silence. It creeps into the cracks and spreads, making what was once light and rather delightful rather ooky, sticky, oily, and oh so very cold. I know, hard for those things to exist at the same time but evil is as evil is.
So – in case anyone is still unsure – this is your sign. This is your time. California is a test run, a stage rehearsal if you will for the rest of the country. See, MAGA is nothing if not consistent. They try a legal technique in one state to see if it works and if not they’ll adapt their attack and try again in another state until their formula works. Then they take it national.
Look for yourself. The MAGA candidate for the NC Supreme Court tried to change the voting rules AFTER THE ELECTION, asking for thousands of votes to be tossed because they didn’t comply with a rule MAGA tried to create again, after the election was done. If they’d won this would have changed election laws everywhere immediately. And just because they lost this case doesn’t mean the legal minds of the Heritage Foundation aren’t busy churning out possibilities behind the scenes.
Our opponent has set the stage. They have tossed all the norms and rules which historically kept WeThePeople from beating each other with sticks on the Congressional floor. Therefore, anyone still adhering to the norms of yesterday are deliberately handicapping themselves in what is the fight for our nation. Keep your own morality – that’s what I’m doing – but as for societal norms? Maybe when all this is over and MAGA has been returned to the dustbin of history where they belong we can readdress what norms are needed for the new Constitutional era. Maybe.
Just read more info on the Nat’l Guardsmen called up. LOL FOTUS called them up but neglected to call up the funding to feed or house them.
What? Aren’t they robots? Can’t we just plug them in? Dear deities abound, I can just hear the arguments in the Oval Office now.
I’m also reading a lot of condemnation from citizens as to why the Guardsfolk are following illegal orders. Think the level of disdain citizens held against all military folk during the Vietnam era.
My heart weeps.
An Old Soldier, if God stepped in to stop Federal Government overreach, I’d be happy to accept His help. Since I don’t see any evidence that He’s done so, I have to acknowledge that We, The People, seem to be on our own. And, as members of a community of Active Duty, Guard/Reserve, Civilians and Veterans, we carry an obligation to our fellow citizens to call out the government when they’re doing wrong!
Remember — we (most of us, anyway . . . ) voluntarily CHOSE to accept this obligation! So if you’re OK waiting for God to enforce the civil liberties White Christian Nationalists are trying to take away — in God’s name, I might add! — that’s fine: you do you.
But for the rest of us, it’s time to put our money where our collective mouth is and stand up for our Constitution and the rule of law! And THAT, ladies and gentlemen, is what MRFF is all about!
