The Email From Retired AF Member on Behalf of 27 Other Active-Duty Military & Veteran MRFF Clients That Ignited Mikey's Demand to Remove Bible From Eglin Air Force Base Clinic:
From: MRFF/Eglin AFB Client

To: Mikey Weinstein
Subject: Eglin AFB Allergy clinic
Mr Weinstein
I am a retired AF member who gets treatment on Eglin AFB. I have been wondering about the legality of the clinic having a mandatory waiting room (small, maybe 10 seats and a small table under the TV) with a large Bible placed front and center on the table. Everyone who has a shot there has to wait in that waiting room for 30 minutes staring at the Bible. I am attaching a picture which shows the table and bible. please do what you wish to the picture I assign all rights, title and interests to this picture to your organization. This bible has been there at least three years and was there as of my last shot X September 2016.

Mikey Weinstein Sends Demand to Remove Bible from Eglin Air Force Base Allergy Clinic to Colonel Yao:
From: Mikey Weinstein
Date: September 14, 2016 at 9:24:15 AM CDT
To: eveline yao
Cc: Information Weinstein
Subject: Eglin AFB Allergy clinic
Good morning Colonel Yao... on behalf of 27 active-duty military officers, enlisted members and veteran MRFF clients (9 of whom happened to be practicing Christians with the others being members of minority religious faiths or no faith belief systems) who have complained to us about the below, please remove the sectarian Christian Bible forthwith from the mandatory waiting room in the Eglin Air Force Base allergy clinic which is directly under your command as described below... It is a blatant violation of the No Establishment Clause of the first amendment of United States Constitution and also violates *Air Force instruction 1-1, sections 2.11 and 2.12 as well as other DoD and Air Force regulations... on behalf of our 27 MRFF clients, we respectfully ask you to confirm removal of the Bible not later than close of business your time today... Thank you very much for your kind attention to this very important matter which is an indefensible transgression of foundational constitutional mandates to ensure separation of Church and state in the United States military... Mikey Weinstein, Founder and President, Military Religious Freedom Foundation: 505-250-7727

Reflections on Constitution Day USA
American Constitution Day is an annual national observation on September 17 commemorating the signing of our Constitution by 39 founders on that day in 1787 at the Constitutional Convention conclusion in Philadelphia. All publicly funded educational institutions and federal agencies are required by federal law to provide concurrent Constitution educational programming. Unfortunately, it normally passes with little publicity. [...]

New Air Force Flag-Folding Rules Strangle Constitution; Enable Majority Faith Domination
Air Force Flag Folding Ceremonies Morph into Religious Rituals
A strange thing happened in 2004. In that year American flag-folding scripts, unofficially written on home computers to be used at Air Force retirement ceremonies, began to appear throughout the Air Force. The scripts emanated for the most part from the Colorado Springs area, the site of my alma mater (and the alma mater of my 2 sons, daughter-in law and son-in-law), the United States Air Force Academy. Bereft of historical reference or evidence, the scripts boldly proclaimed that particular, numbered folds in the flag-folding ceremony represented ONLY Judeo-Christian “values." [...]
