Our Goals: Fundraising and spreading the MRFF message.Community Outreach Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Contact volunteers to organize a group of 6 or more people.
  • Meet at least once a month.
  • Coordinate all fundraisers with a MRFF Development Representative, and send updates on efforts and progress.
  • Commit to being a leader in your community.

Your efforts in this area will support the very foundation of MRFF.

Develop MRFF fundraisers. Ideas can be as simple as holding a community garage sale to as complex as putting together a gala event with President and Founder Mikey Weinstein as the guest speaker. Go with what your group comes up with. Fundraisers may differ depending on your area.

Some basic ideas follow, but the sky is the limit:

  • Coordinate a presentation / speech for Mikey at a local college or university, church, synagogue or social gathering.
  • Contact the local media to generate interest in a story about the Foundation
  • Help via the Internet by adding MRFF to your Facebook and Myspace accounts, YouTube, Instant Messenger profile, message board signature, and blogging.
  • Coordinate a showing of Constantine’s Sword at a local theater or community center.
  • Organize a yard sale or 5K benefitting MRFF
