Subject: WHO IS TRYING TO STEAL OUR U.S CONSTITUTION
HI YOU ALL:
GREETING:
I HAVE SENT TO YOU A COPY OF A “LETTER TO CONGRESS,” TRANSMITTING A “PRESS RELEASE” CONCERNING THE “IMPLICATIONS” TO THE MILITARY SERVICES, THIS NATION AND TO THE CHRISTIAN CHURCH, IF THE BIBLICAL DEFINITION OF MARRIAGE IS CHANGED FROM “OPPOSITE SEX” TO “SAME-SEX,” AND THE MILITARY POLICY OF “DON’T ASK, DON’T TELL” IS REPEALED. THE FORMER WILL “CREATE A NEW NATIONAL RELIGION” AS HAS ALREADY BEEN DONE BY SIX STATES [MARYLAND INCLUDED] AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, AND THE LATTER WILL ACTIVATE “GOD’S LAW OF PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY/ACCOUNTABILITY” TO OBEY GOD, EVEN IN OPPOSITION AND PERILS.
I wanted to bring increased awareness, of these foreordained realities, to these issues that are dividing our nation. It will be divided even further, to touch all of our lives, who hold the Bible in sacred trust..
Sincerely,
[name withheld]LETTER TO CONGRESS

RE: WHO IS TRYING TO STEAL THE U.S. CONSTITUTION?
United States House of Representatives Armed Services Committee
2120 Rayburn House Office Building
Washington, DC 20515
United States Senate Armed Services Committee
Room SR-228, Russell Senate Office Building
Washington, DC 20510
To the Honorable Ike Skelton, House Chairman, and the Honorable Howard P. McKeon, Ranking Member, and Members INTURN, and the Honorable Carl Levin, Senate Chairman, and the Honorable John McCain, Ranking Member, and Members INTURN:
On March 8, 2010, the undersigned issued a PRESS RELEASE [enclosed], concerning the implications of the same-sex marriage laws, of five states and the District of Columbia, efforts to repeal the government’s “DON’T ASK, DON’T TELL” policy, to allow gays and lesbians to serve openly in the military services, and media endorsement of these issues. These implications, for Christians, are unalterable [Matthews 10:28;Acts 4:19-20,5:29]. The Congress should be bound by the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.”
Therefore, I wanted to bring a greater spiritual understanding to this controversial issue that is dividing our nation. For the value of diversity, tolerance, respect and civil rights are not paramount, but rather, the protection of the religious freedom already ratified. For Jesus the Christ intended for our differences in religious theology to be something to be tolerated, to be lived with [John 3:16-18;12:47-48], not something to be fought over, or about [Luke 9:51-56].
But many civic and Christian leaders and Church denominations are misinterpreting what the Judeo-Christian Bible says. The latest is from a South African Archbishop [emeritus], writing in the Washington Post, who is misrepresenting God’s position in this matter: “Love all God’s children, straight or gay.” Love is not the issue [we love the person, hate the sin], but rather, the issues are obedience to God’s word and the rule of law.
Seemingly, someone is trying to steal the U.S. Constitution. Not the physical document, for it is secured in the National Archives. But rather, special interest groups are trying to destroy its stabilizing effect on this nation’s ability to govern and to defend its prosperity .
The first two clauses of the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, and the14th Amendment, provides America with a reasonable standard of government toleration of religious beliefs: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.” The Constitution forbids Congress to “tamper with religious sacred terminology, in the context understood when the First Amendment was originated, to establish a state religion or to prohibit religious practices.
But now, these safe-guards are, apparently, not fool proof. Because, if Congress and the Courts allow states and municipalities to re-define biblical terms of the Bible, that represent the core values of the religion [Christianity], a new religion can be established.
For instance, Christianity defines marriage as between a man and a woman, of the opposite sex. If the definition of marriage is changed to “same-sex,” as it has been in five states and the District of Columbia, a new religion has been created. Thus, belief in “same sex” marriage, has now becomes a “new religion,” circumventing the Constitution. Christians are being asked, and in some cases compelled to recognize these new “state created religions.”
Yet, no one is complaining about this tactic, not even the constitutional watchmen, the Religious Liberty Council, Interfaith Alliance, the ACLU, ACLJ, Traditional Values Coalition, the Joint Baptist Committee, American Atheists, the Muslim Public Affairs Council, Americans United for Separation of Church and State etc. This is not a “civil rights” issue. More likely than not, this is a breach of the constitutional separation of powers issue and lack of fiduciary responsibility.
For instance, ABC News “Night-line” could help uncover a tiny encoded Scripture on rifles manufactured for the military, but not an open threat against the First Amendment by gay activists and their supporters, under the guise of civil rights.
Even Mickey Weinstein, of the “Military Religious Freedom Foundation,” has missed this attempted COUPE D’ETAT of the Constitution, in the efforts to overturn the military’s “DON’T ASK, DON’T TELL” policy. He apparently is not familiar with the Biblical story of “Mordecai, Haman and Esther.”
Christianity views this issue from a biblical perspective and the mandates of the U.S. Constitution. Our belief system is base on a set of core values that defines who we are.
For instance, in A.D. 325 when individuals rejected the Christian’s belief in the eternality and divinity of Jesus, a new religion, modern day Jehovah’s Witnesses, was created.
In early 1800’s when individuals rejected the Christian’s belief in eternal punishment for sin, a new religion, Universalism, was created.
When individuals rejected the Christian’s belief in the divinity of Jesus and His oneness with God, a new religion, the Unification Church, was created.
When individuals rejected the Christian’s belief that the wages of sin is death, a new religion, Inclusion, was created. The U.S. Government and U.S. Courts did not force these new beliefs [religions] on any of its citizens.
But not so, when individuals rejected the Christian’s belief that marriage is between a man and a woman [opposite sex], and that homosexuality is an immoral, abominable sin against God, a new unnamed religion, based on acceptance of same-sex marriages and homosexuality, was created, with impunity from the very people who have sworn to uphold the Constitution.
For the Congress and the Courts have allowed five states and the District of Columbia to force these new religions upon its citizens, to include abridging the separation of church and state in providing monetary benefits.
The U.S. Supreme Court was presented with the opportunity to speak to this issue, in the District of Colombia’s same-sex marriage law issue, but declined. Was not the Court created to defend and to protect the Constitution against misuse by the other branches of government. Does it not have original jurisdiction over any matter in which ”a state is a party?” Wasn’t the purpose of their “lifetime appointments” so that they could do it with integrity, with political impunity? Is not the Court’s fiduciary responsibility to the American people [the Constitution]? Where is the voice of Professor Laurence Tribe, and others, while this “back-door” lawmaking is taking place?
As you know, this issue has been discussed for the past two decades. Now its time for action to uphold the constitution by all who have sworn allegiance to do so.
For sure, there is delusion in the land, but the people need to know that the Biblical perspective of morality and the fiduciary responsibility of government embodied in the First Amendment will be defended. They are not antagonistic one to the other.
Realistically, the current military policy of “DON’T ASK, DON’T TELL” is both biblically sound and constitutionally correct. For if one tells a Christian that he or she is openly gay and lesbian, the Christian’s duty and obligation to God Almighty is activated: God’s law of personal responsibility/accountability [2 Samuel 1:16; Luke 19:22]. The onus is on the individual.
In addition, I am not aware of any law Congress has made “redefining” marriage. Since Congress has made no law [and is forbidden to do so], the executive branch has no law to implement and the Courts have no laws to adjudicate. So why have five states and the District of Columbia been allowed to usurp Congress’ authority and also to circumvent the Constitutional prohibition, with impunity.
I am confident, that, you all, as men and women of integrity, the rule of law for the Constitution will revail.
With warmest regards,
Reverend [name withheld] Christian Evangelist.

PRESS RELEASE
For immediate release, March 8, 2010
For the past several months the Washington Post and its Editorial Board have been reporting on initiatives by elected officials favorable to the gay rights community, and endorsing and championing the causes of gay activists, including support for abolishing the ban on gays serving openly in the military. But could this ongoing drive by gays, lesbians and their supporters, have some un-anticipated consequences for the military, as well as for the American people. I.e.,
NO “FOX HOLE BUDDIES” FOR GAYS , AND THE POLARIZATION OF SERVICEMEN AND WOMEN?
GIVEN THE GRAVITY OF THE IMPLICATIONS FOR HARM TO THIS COUNTRY, REVEREND [withheld], AN INDEPENDENT CHRISTIAN EVANGELIST, RAISES THE QUESTION ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE SPIRITUAL ADVICE THE PRESIDENT, THE SECRETARY OF DEFENSE, THE CHAIRMAN OF THE JOINT CHIEF OF STAFF, AND THE WASHINGTON POST’S EDITORIAL BOARD, HAS BEEN GETTING. THE INEVITABLE HARM TO THIS COUNTRY FOR SPIRITUAL IGNORANCE STAGGERS THE IMAGINATION.
IT IS POSSIBLE THAT EVEN THE NATIONAL SECURITY OF AMERICA MAY BE THREATENED, IF GAY RIGHTS ADVOCATES ARE AS SUCCESSFUL IN GETTING THE PRESIDENT, SECRETARY OF DEFENSE AND THE JOINT CHIEFS, TO PERSUADE CONGRESS TO OVERTURN THE MILITARY’S POLICY OF “DON’T ASK, DON’T TELL,” AS THEY WERE IN GETTING FIVE STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA ELECTED OFFICIALS TO PASS “SAME-SEX MARRIAGE LAWS,” AND IN GETTING THE EDITORIAL BOARD OF THE WORLD RENOWN WASHINGTON POST NEWSPAPER, AND OTHER MISGUIDED CLERGY, TO OPENLY ENDORSE THEIR HOMOSEXUAL AGENDA?
COULD IT BE THAT THEY HAVE AWAKEN A SLEEPING SPIRITUAL GIANT?
FOR ONE OF THE COMMANDMENTS OF GOD IN THE JUDEO-CHRISTIAN BIBLE FORBIDS CHRISTIANS WHO ARE SOLDIERS TO BECOME ‘FOX HOLE” BUDDIES OF ANOTHER OPENLY PRACTICING GAY OR LESBIAN CHRISTIAN SOLDIER, TO GO TO CHAPEL WITH HIM OR HER FOR WORSHIP, OR TO SIT AND EAT AT THE SAME TABLE IN THE MESS HALL, OR ELSE WHERE, IN A FELLOWSHIP OR SOCIALIZING SETTING [1 Corinthians 5:9-11,13, 2,7;Colossians 3:1-7]. “The Christian is forbidden to socialize with people who call themselves Christians but behave like unbelievers.” [Matthew 5:13-16;2 John 1:10-11] “This is a sentence of excommunication” in the military setting, just as it should be in the Church. [see Deuteronomy 24:7]
This self-same commandment can also be construed to apply to openly practicing non-Christians gays and lesbians soldiers, with respect to fratinization, socializing and fellowship, which will disrupt unit readiness and cohesiveness [2 Corinthians 6:17;2 John 10;Rom 16:17;1 Cor 5:11;16:22;Gal 1:8-9;2 Tim 3:5;Titus 3:10]
Would Christian soldiers also be required to refuse counseling from all military chaplains who support openly practicing gays and lesbians in the military. “The Christian is supposed to live among the non-Christian people of the world without copying behavior patterns which are contrary to God’s nature.” [John 17:15;1 Cor 10:27;1 John 5:18-19]
Would a military “zero tolerance program,” to force soldiers into compliance, override these biblical mandates? What sayeth the Scriptures? Acts 4:18-20, “And they called them, and commanded them not to speak henceforth to no man in this name [Jesus]. But Peter and John answered and said unto them, Whether it be right in the sight of God to hearken unto you more than unto God, judge ye. For we cannot but speak …” Ask the persecuted and martyred Christian around the world.
WOULD THE MILITARY HAVE TO INSTITUTE A GAY AND LESBIAN REGISTRATION PROGRAM, TO INFORM CHRISTIANS OF CONSCIENCE, SO AS NOT TO VIOLATE THEIR GOD GIVEN [constitutionally protected] FREEDOM OF RELIGION?
WOULD THE MILITARY HAVE TO CREATE A NEW FORM OF “CONSCIENTIOUS OBJECTION”, FOR EXCLUSION FROM MILITARY DUTY, FOR THOSE CHRISTIAN CITIZENS WHO REFUSE TO FRATINIZE, SOCIALIZE, FELLOWSHIP OR WORSHIP WITH OPENLY PRACTICING GAYS AND LESBIANS?
IF I HAD BEEN A SPIRITUAL ADVISOR TO THE ABOVE ENTITIES, I WOULD HAVE TOLD THEM OF THE NEGATIVE IMPACT UPON OUR COUNTRY, THIS SOCIETY, THE NATIONAL DEFENSE AND THE GOOD WILL OF ALL PEOPLE THAN ANY OF THEM HAD BEEN TOLD.
SOMEONE ON THEIR STAFFS HAVE BEEN DISINGUININE. THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN A MORE IN-DEPTH “SPIRITUAL IMPACT STATEMENT” PRESENTED. THERE WERE LARGER ISSUES TO BE CONSIDERED. I AM AN OPTIMIST, I FEEL THAT IF THE TRUTH HAD BEEN TOLD, THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN A DIFFERENT PROPOSAL, ENDORSEMENT OR EDITORIAL OUTCOME.
FINALLY, IF I WAS THEIR SPIRITUAL ADVISOR, I WOULD ASK THEM IF THEY HAD EVER HEARD OF “GOD’S LAW OF PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY/ACCOUNTABILITY,” WHICH HAS BEEN IN EFFECT SINCE THE WORLD BEGAN IN THE GARDEN OF EDEN [EVEN NOW, IT IS BINDING ON ALL CHRISTIANS, TRUE BELIEVERS IN JESUS CHRIST AS THEIR SAVIOR AND LORD] [Gen 2:16-17,3:11,22-24;Eze 18:4;John 3:16,18;Heb 2:27-28,2:3]? For once a Christian’s spiritual conscience has been activated, he or she is bound by God’s definitive word. And what a person or business believes to the contrary carries consequences.
With warmest regards

MRFF’s Rick Baker Responds:
March 26, 2010
Hi Rev. [name withheld],
My name is Rick Baker and I am a regional coordinator for MRFF. Your communication has been forwarded to me for review and response.
Thank you for the copy of your letter to Congress and for your concerns.
Frankly, [withheld], I have read nothing in your missives that give me the impression that you are a citizen of the United States of America. Nothing you have said remotely resembles obedience to or respect for American Constitutional provisions and civil law.
Your letter is at once a sermon, a warning and a document of treachery against the legitimate government of the United States. In what world are you dwelling?
You would be well advised to remember you reside in a secular nation in which all religions may flourish but none dominate. You speak as if you had already usurped the Constitution and installed the Christian Bible in its place. You speak treason.
Discrimination against Gays and Lesbians is illegal. States that permit Gay marriage are protected in their decisions by the 10th Amendment. You should have learned that from the massive Christian campaign against African Americans and the bloody history of the Christian Knights of the Ku Klux Klan whose intent it was to extend Segregation but was curtailed by thinking American patriots. In addition Gay participation in the US Military has been determined to be the right of Gay citizens and procedures to implement that decision are in place. This is called the progression and accurate interpretation of Constitutional Law. You see, [withheld], we are living in a three dimensional, real time life configuration that does not allow us to see or interact with the flying creatures, devils, demons and witches that you purport to be eating our innards.
Please remember that not everybody in America subscribes to the divinity of Jesus or your other Gods. The United States is not under Mosaic Law or any other religious dogma and therefore federal, state and local statute law must be obeyed, Christian or not and I would strongly advise you to do so.
Frankly, we are not interested in skewed Christian views. Our direction is undertaken as a religion neutral body whose primary goal is to deter coercive religious proselytizing in the United States Armed Forces which, at this time consists primarily of efforts by Dominion Christian Organizations, of which I am sure you are familiar.
Biblical stories, homilies, parables, beatitudes and other lessons of Christian Catechism are actually excellent instructions to all people, and it’s too bad you didn’t pay more attention to them. There are some of them which you have apparently missed altogether. The sin of pride comes to mind.
You must begin to couch your phrases in secular English so that American citizens who are not familiar with the bastardized Christian-Speak of today’s Uber-Evangelists might understand what it is you are trying to say.
You have entered a fantasy world that has little to do with reality. In order to compete in the real world you must be prepared to exist in it.
As a former Air Force Officer and Rescue Pilot, I served two tours in Vietnam. My rescue missions totaled in excess of 600. My insertion and extraction of special operations troops, Marine Recon, Green Beret and Navy Seals on secret missions inside enemy territory totaled over 200. I have been closer to death than you will probably ever be without expiring, yet I don’t preach to anyone, never mind from behind a pulpit that never lifted off the ground.
Come down to Earth [withheld], for until you enter that realm of which you dream, to which you aspire, and to which you would include all others irrespective of their wishes, you are simply one of us grunts making our way through life, hopefully bringing some good to our fellow man and avoiding the extremes. I can’t say that you are doing a very good job.
I am hoping to avoid the pitfalls of human vanity that your brand of Christianity has created and I am convinced that our assisting the over 16,000 young men and women in the Armed Forces who have filed complaints with MRFF relative to the overt and coercive Christian proselytizing to which they have been subjected is not only the legal but the American thing to do.
I am not a generally vituperative person nor am I judgmental. But you, [withheld], and the obvious bastardization of Christianity that you have concocted are the antithesis of Democracy and the American way.
Repent…..and become a real contributing Christian. Embrace the constitution that protects you and obey its clear and startlingly brilliant pluralistic concepts.

HI RICK BAKER:
God bless your soul!
I want to thank you for your responses, to my concerns that SOMEONE IS TRYING TO STEAL OUR US CONSTITUTION, THE FIRST AMENDMENT, THROUGH UNAUTHORIZED SUBSTITUTIONS (changes), TO GET AROUND THE PROHIBITIVE CLAUSE OF THE FIRST AMENDMENT.
Your letter was perhaps one of the best of four or five letters I have received, on all subjects, in more than 20 yeas of Christian ministry. It gives me greater insight into the dynamics of the issues involved. And I thank you for disagreeing, without being too obnoxious. But you sure do sound like Tom Cruise’s character in TOP GUN, “cock-sure.”* But he had a good heart. (I don’t want to belittle the gravity of the issues we are discussing.)
I am pressed for time, at present, so I’ll give you a quick response, and later I would like to give you a more detailed response to some of your assumptions.
For now, I don’t want to discuss “Comparative World religions,” justice or injustices, civil rights or military service.
I just want to repeat what the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution says: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.”
To me, that means, DON’T CHANGE ANYONE’S SACRED BELIEF SYSTEM, PERIOD. To my knowledge, neither the 10th nor the 14th Amendment has changed the prohibitions of the First Amendment, respecting all religions, to my knowledge.
In any event, the Judeo-Christian Bible has not changed, which, in the life of a believer in our God, respecting Faith, Obedience and Dependency on The God, takes precedents over all man-made laws. Hence the implications I have outlined in my Press Release are real, and are potentially effective in the lives of Christian believers. The extent to which they will be applied is a matter of an individual’s conscience. I am just a messenger. I deliver blessed messages. I also know that there are some people who will not receive my message, because God Almighty Himself has not sent it to them, by us Christians.
Again, your response was received, thanks.
In my Master’s service

MRFF’s Rick Baker Responds:
March 27, 2010
Rev. [withheld],
Thank you for your response and your blessing. I can use all the blessings I can get, irrespective of their origin. You have disarmed me somewhat by your good sportsmanship an act which has been notably absent from my communications with other men of the cloth.
I would like to respond to this note from you and also any follow ups you may send in the hopes of understanding better what it is that you are striving for. This will at least give us both something to chew on.
Addressing only this letter, I must say that over the years I have spent with MRFF, I have been cursed, condemned, threatened, insulted, verbally and physically attacked, ridiculed, denigrated, military service scoffed at and being targeted with holy requests for my demise. And this all by those who talk of love, brotherhood, peace, kindness and salvation. It has been far worse for our founder and president Mikey Weinstein and family, with illness, fear, property damage, irreplaceable financial loss and imprecatory prayer at the hands of Evangelical Ministers and Chaplains.
It is important for you to know what MRFF is and what we do. Dominion Christianity, or Reconstructionism has reached a stage in it’s American development where it has become a real threat to American democracy. You may or may not be familiar with the term Dominion Christianity but to put bluntly it is a movement that believes the constitution should be abrogated and replaced with Biblical Law. They believe that Christian men only should govern America and subsequently the world. Their government would require strict adherence to Christian doctrine as interpreted by them and those who do not display appropriate obedience would be denied citizenship. Gays and Lesbians, along with dissenters would be summarily executed. Women would have to assume their biblical role of silence, and submit graciously to their husbands in all things.
This movement and its sundry organizations such as The Christian Embassy, Navigators, Campus Crusade for Christ Military Mission, Officers Christian Fellowship, Military Religious Fellowship, Focus on the family and others, have infiltrated, by a number, of means, our armed forces and service academies and undertaken an intense program of coercive and command centered Christian proselytizing.
Although conversion of non-Christians and non-believers is part of the program, the majority of subjects of this wave of intense evangelizing are Christians who are not considered “Christian enough” by the Dominionists. They are targeted for ‘upgrading” to a more obedient and homogenous Christian military which would have proximity, opportunity and proficiency to deploy and operate weapons of immense destructive power. This, in preparation for a mission which calls for conversion of world populations to Christianity and for those who resist to be “cast into the Lake of Fire.” I assume this means death. You may discover this and more in Pat Robertson’s book, “The Secret Kingdom.” Also the writings of Rousas John Rushdooney, Tim La Haye, Gary Bauer, Paul Weyrich and many others.
MRFF’s role has been to provide assistance to those in the grasp of command influence and organized proselytizing and to make known their plight to the chain of command. I’m sure you heard about the continuing flap at the USAF Academy where this movement was invested in the command structure, faculty and cadet corps. Only recently has their influence been disclosed and their often seditious methods unearthed. We have made some headway but as you might imagine, Dominionism is by far larger, well funded and organized and presents a formidable adversary. We are currently addressing some 16,000 client complaint cases filed by our young military men and women.
Now to what I believe are some of your very mistaken interpretations of the constitution.
You said: ” “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.”
To me, that means, DON’T CHANGE ANYONE’S SACRED BELIEF SYSTEM, PERIOD. To my knowledge, neither the 10th nor the 14th Amendment has changed the prohibitions of the First Amendment, respecting all religions, to my knowledge.
[withheld], people’s belief systems are subject to review if they violate civil law and constitutional provision if their citizenship is to remain intact. Religious beliefs cannot prevail under a number of conditions. The First Amendment, like most of the Amendments, is a only a few lines long but volumes have been written into it by Supreme Court Decision and rulings over the years which have placed restrictions on the free exercise clause. I’m sure you are aware of many of them such as school prayer, coercion test, lemon test, etc. The separation of church and state is alive and well.Religion is accommodated generously in law but still must remain within the parameters set by the constitution and all the decisions and rulings made a part thereof.
I’m afraid that no religious laws may take precedence or be exercised in lieu of civil statute law in American Jurisprudence. American law is based on English common law which although paying respect to religious belief provides a basis for secular reasoning of which all law must consist. Legislation signed into law in American history has been voted upon by duly elected representatives of the people and signed by presidents. There are no such votes for religious law nor an elected leader to sign them into validity. I’m sure there is some crossover such as “Thou Shalt Not Kill,” Thou Shalt Not Steal,” Thou Shalt Not Bear False Witness, but truly these are facets of laws that have been around since Hamurabi. Also, democracies could not sustain the stoning of adulteresses or the killing of sassy children and oversexed in-laws.
The extent to which Christian doctrine may be applied is not a matter of individual conscience but rather what is and is not legal under our system of laws and government.
Christians may exercise their beliefs freely wherein they do not conflict with law, the rights of others or would violate the first amendment but if and when they do secular law must prevail. Otherwise there would be anarchy. And [withheld], it doesn’t matter how many “get the Christian Message.” If your message conflicts with the constitution or the practice of your faith constitutes a criminal act, it must be legally addressed. In short, man made laws prevail in America.
Only in a Theocracy can law be levied and enforced by the church.
The Christian majority in America has no more power under law than the minority religions. All are equal under the law. It is common, [withheld], for those who are deeply immersed in their faith, surrounded by it, versed in it, commanded by it, directing it, pastoring it, to come to believe in the superiority, invulnerability, invincibility, exclusivity and righteousness of it.
But they must not make the mistake that others have made in that regard. Regardless of its majority, Christianity must function within the parameters set forth by constitutional provision and the many additions, codicils and rulings thereto attached.
These admonitions are impersonal and do not indicate a bias on the part of government, which as you know has bent over backward to accommodate American religion, Christianity in specific.
No one is trying to steal our constitution but occasionally it must either be surrounded by patriots who wish to protect it from the ravages of misplaced religion and politics or chipped away at by religious or political folks looking to advance their beliefs.
I, for one, have taken a solemn oath to uphold, protect and support the constitution as written and all the additions that have been made a part and parcel of it by legal means.
This also means fiercely protecting you and your church if you remain within the guidelines established by that timeless document.
I look forward to your response.
Rick

Hey Rick, I am glad to hear that you have taken a solemn oath to uphold, protect and support the constitution as written and all the additions that have been made a part and parcel of it by legal means. Especially when America is being overrun with those who claim it violates their (American) Civil Rights to swear their Allegiance to America?? I also believe you are realizing the selfish agendas and the “Gospel of Greed” that dominates “the church” claimed by so many, so called, “Christian” Religions that want to build their own “Empires.” However, it is not so with Christ. Jesus came to establish His “One Body,” the Kingdom of God. Jesus said His Kingdom was not of this earth and that the Kingdom of God is hidden within all those who believe in God and His Son Jesus and who have given up their own “Free Will” to the “Lordship of Jesus.”
You stated Christians may exercise their beliefs freely wherein they do not conflict with law, the rights of others or would violate the first amendment but if and when they do secular law must prevail. Jesus never killed, harmed, or abused anyone, and would never advocate or incite his followers to do so. In fact he admonished them to obey their rulers. All Bible believing followers of Christ will always do their best to follow the law. You said, “Only in a Theocracy can law be levied and enforced by the church.” The perfect example of that is; “Only in a Muslim Ruled Country can law be levied and enforced by the Ruling Islamic Clerics. You also said, “And [withheld], it doesn’t matter how many “get the Christian Message.” If your message conflicts with the constitution or the practice of your faith constitutes a criminal act, it must be legally addressed. In short, man made laws prevail in America.” You believe this applies to Christian Extremist, but why to you exempt Islamic Extremists? Do not man made laws apply to Muslims in America?
Mr. Weinstein said the invitation to Franklin Graham, who has devoted his life to feed, care for and help needy men, women and children (including Muslims and Jews) around the world, would endanger American troops by stirring up Muslim extremists. What are the chances of that? None! Unless… Islam is an evil and wicked religion that causes some of its followers to commit terrible deeds as a result of Islamic teaching. So what are Christians and Jews supposed to do? Do you expect us to be “politically correct” and excuse Islamic Terrorism and not try to expose the truth of their plan of Muslim World Domination? That is what the leaders of the world and most Jewish people did before the onslaught of Hitler. Do you expect this to be different? What do you suggest that will prevent another holocaust? I thank you in advance for your reply, Sodak Kylmanen. [email protected]
I can answer one of your questions: “. . . but why to you exempt Islamic Extremists? Do not man made laws apply to Muslims in America?”
The answer? Because there is no large, powerful, been-around-forever, well-funded group of Islamic extremists in THIS COUNTRY who are entrenched in our military, and our very government (a la Washington’s C Street religious enclave for congressmen) and who are using their entrenched power to proselytize and coerce and dominate people of other religions or even people of their religion who they deem too weak in their faith. Believe me, if Islamic extremists were so entwined within the U.S. Air Force as are the Christian dominionists, I would be just as concerned and just as glad that the MRFF was there to protect the rights and beliefs of the minority.
Compared to the immediate threat posed to our country by Christian dominionists (theonomists) (Christian reconstructionists), Islamic terrorism or plans of ‘Muslim World Domination’ amount to little more than a petty annoyance.
