Thanks For Speaking Up

Mr. Weinstein,

My name is (name withheld) and I am a (USAF rank withheld) in the USAF and a member of the 433 (Alamo) Airlift Wing at JBSA (Joint Base San Antonio). I am (Protestant denomination withheld) and my spouse is Catholic.

I am one of the MRFF’s clients on the news article praising the religious mission work of SMSgt. Gallo, I wanted to pass along my and my shop’s support for the MRFF taking up this cause. Many of us here see how bad this has all become. We wanted to say something but thought twice about it. That’s why we called you and the MRFF.

That article is wrong especially now that we know what SMSgt. Gallo and his TIME for Christ in Mexico group is really up to down there. And it isn’t about giving medical care to those poor folks. That’s just to lure them in. The main objective is to convert them to SMSgt. Gallo’s religion and faith. OK for him and his family to do on their own and private. But not something which my Air Force should be highlighting in any official capacity. Or encouraging like for donations in such an internet article on AFRC and 433 Airlift Wing websites. That article did not say the real stuff they do in Mexico. A lot of us think it’s pretty messed up. But telling our chain about it is another story.

Thanks for speaking out Mr. Weinstein and the MRFF. If any of us tried to do it we’d be ruined. They don’t like us to think so but it’s true.
