Congrats and kudos to MRFF for pursuing festering discrimination based on faith. I hope what appears to be an expansion of mission scope – now including contractors – will create a cascade effect for the rest of society. People of any faith or no faith – atheists – should not be discriminated against. Doing your job matters, not what you privately think or do.

As a longtime supporter of MRFF, I wonder why the Commander in Chief, Barak Obama,
was not copied on this complaint letter. If anyone should understand racial discrimination, it is Obama.
I hope, nevertheless, that the publicity around this nightmare will not only result in Schoenfeld getting her job back, but in enforcing a work atmosphere devoid of religious and individual persecution.
IMHO, Schoenfeld has grounds for civil suits against many, if not all, of her persecutors.
As to the officers in charge, they should be relieved of command and replaced with Americans loyal to the Constitution and the Bil of Rights.
The disease of religious fundamentalism is creeping more and more into the Air Force Academy. A large group of the American Taliban e.g. New Life Church (formerly led by the licking meth off gay boys Ted Haggard), Woodmen Valley Chapel are located in Colorado Springs and their slime is creeping into the Air Force Academy (at least at the top apparently). Disgusting religious fanatics always lead to death and destruction and these American Taliban-like Christians are no different.
Well there is one way to tell if she is a witch, throw her in water and if she sinks she is one, haha!

That said, there is clearly more to the story.
The most obvious issue: It is unlikely the military fired Schoenfeld.
It appears Schoenfeld was a contractor, likely for inGenesis, which provides contract dental services at Fort Meade. This means that if Schoenfeld was indeed “fired,” her employer inGenesis fired her, not the military. If that’s true, Weinstein is aiming at the wrong target — and he may even know it. Weinstein made a point of using the passive voice in the complaint to say “she was swiftly fired…”, coyly not saying who fired her, and he notably does not demand that the Air Force flight commander LtCol Dennis Holt re-hire her — which is likely outside his authority.
Schoenfeld’s status as a contractor is also significant because except in specific circumstances, contractors don’t have access to the military’s Equal Opportunity system. So while she may have filed an EO complaint (presumably with the military, though the complaint doesn’t say), if her employer didn’t have a specific agreement in place, it would have been summarily dismissed for lack of purview. Weinstein alleges she was fired the very day she made the EO complaint.
“Without intending to diminish the substance of Schoenfeld’s complaint, it appears (absent further information) that Weinstein isn’t being entirely forthright in his accusation that
Ms. Schoenfeld’s basic Constitutional civil rights have been obliterated and ripped asunder.
I wonder how many other times Mikey has stretched the truth to fit his anti-Christian agenda???
Except, Yeshua, that all civilian contractors with the government (military included) sign contracts that they will abide by the federal non-discrimination laws. AND the discrimination happened in a military command controlled environment, making them liable for the actions that occur under their command.
And cute on the sink comment. Saying ‘haha’ afterwards makes it no less offensive to those who might be Wiccan, especially when you follow it up with an attack on Mr. Weinstein.

It may have happened in a military controlled environment, but, the contractors are civilian, so Mikey cannot sue the military!
Regarding Wiccans, I am sorry if the truth hurts, but they call themselves witches, which has it’s origin in Satanism and the god they serve is Satan. Jesus died for them as well as every human being and calls them to repent of their sins and accept Him as their Lord and Savior and make Him as God of their lives!

YW, do you know any laws where it states that the military can not be sue for the actions of the civilian contractors? Show us your documentation.
How do you know that witches serve Satan? Where does it say in the Bible that they are followers of Satan?
G, have you read the Bible. Do you know anywhere in the Bible where it mentions witches or the like?
Allen, you need to ask YW that question. Like most people, I was only given a minuscule education of the Bible not a comprehensive, in-depth one like YM has and it was usually the same old stuff about Jesus coming into this world, living, dying, and rising in this world, Moses leaving Egypt, etc, etc, etc and none being the wiser for it.
I understand that the wheels turn slowly, but have there been any further developments on this case? Any response, even a ‘talk to the hand’ response? It’s been a year and all. (thanks facebook!)
