    Yes and praise God!!

  2. American Patriot

I just followed the coach on Twitter and thanked him for sharing his faith and told him to tell Mikey to go pound sand.

  3. American Patriot

There is nothing wrong or unconstitutional about him tweeting out verses on his own personal Twitter account. Mikey is just sensationalizing something out of nothing to get a rise out of people. The same with my employer, they cannot do anything about me tweeting out scripture verses on my own Twitter account. The same could be said for any person in Congress, if they tweeted anything out about their faith in Christ on their personal Twitter account, nothing could be done about it. It is called freedom of religion and freedom of speech.

  4. G

The coach works for the USAF Academy which is a government institution funded by the US taxpayer; therefore, he violated the separation clause of state and religion. The coach will be the one that will have astro-turf all over his face once Weinstein gets done with him. Again Congress has exempt itself from many federal rules and laws that most of us have to follow.

  5. American Patriot

G, he is has the freedom of religion and speech, and Weinstein will not be able to touch him. By the way, Falcon Stadium does not have astro-turf but grass.

  6. G

No, he does not since he represents the Academy and his salary is paid for by the American taxpayer. Doesn’t matter if it is astro-turf or grass, the stuff will be on the coach’s face soon enough.

  7. Paula

This “coach” is nothing but a stooge for xtianity. He is arrogant, offensive, and strongly anti-American. How would it go over if a coach or instructor or cook at the afa were tweeting exhortations from Allah or Lord Krishna??? Would that be okay, laudable, too?? There must be sanctions of this creature and of his twitter behavior. His account is paid for by the American taxpayers; we can stop it, too!!

  8. G

If he tweeted from his government issue cell phone or computer, then we can take those items away from him.

  9. American Patriot

A stooge for Christianity, really? He is arrogant, offensive and strongly anti-American? Since when is anti-American to believe in Jesus or be a Christian. How pray tell, because he lives his life according to the bible, he has a beautiful family, and is a good coach? He is a civilian employee and you cannot sanction or stop him from tweeting on his own time or his own computer or cell phone, that would taking away his freedom of religion and speech. Congressman tweet bible verses from their computers and cell phones, will you sanction them as well and they are civilian government employees also? No one is going to sanction them or stop them from tweeting.

  10. American Patriot

    Paula,
I really do not give a rats ass if I offend you for following Christ, I will offend you all I want to. Jesus himself said that the gospel would be an offense to many, and people will hate you because they first hated Me! So Paula, down to brass tacks, you are a Jesus Hater, like Mikey is, but that does not bother Him or make Him fall off His throne in heaven. He still loves you and was willing to die for you!!

  11. If a person tweets, it’s public, it’s free too be mocked, attacked, judged, etc. If someone who does this expects no back lash, they will act like victims when they get some. If the employer says no tweeting is the rule, and if you do there is consequences, then don’t whine about persecution. One can say “You asked for it”, and “stop forcing your life style down our throats”

  12. American Patriot

    Corey,
We are not forcing our lifestyle down your throat by what anyone tweets, you have the freedom not to read any tweet, and it is covered by freedom of speech.

  13. hill

this country needs lots more of this…period

  14. G

“Since when is anti-American to believe in Jesus or be a Christian. How pray tell, because he lives his life according to the bible, he has a beautiful family, and is a good coach? You don’t know if he is tweeting from his own computer and cell phone. Furthermore, even though he is a civilian, he gets his salary from the US taxpayer. so he has to follow the rules; otherwise, he is forcing his lifestyle down our throats.

  15. G

“Congressman tweet bible verses from their computers and cell phones, will you sanction them as well and they are civilian government employees also? No one is going to sanction them or stop them from tweeting.”

As I stated before, AP, Congress has exempted itself from many of the laws that we have to follow. Of course, if these Congressional people were Hindus, Muslims, etc and tweeting their religious verses, Christians would be screaming their heads off.

  16. American Patriot

Well no matter what, I doubt anything is going to happen to him, besides the coach and I have become friends on Twitter, so I will send him some bible verses and tag Mikey as well, since I am not paid by the US taxpayers so I can do whatever I want to with Twitter.

Since Mikey acts like an ambulance chaser lawyer, here is something else I am sure he will chase after. I saw a photo of a Christmas tree lighting at a large Air Force base last night on Instagram.

  17. Connie

First lie – if the tweet is the coaches personal account why is the twitter identifier associated with the Air Force Football team?

Second lie – it is UnAmerican to be a Christian.
Nope – it’s UnAmerican to insist Christianity is the only approved religion for the USA. All employees of the federal government, which includes the military, must maintain religious neutrality when posting on social media. That’s the law.

As AP noted Congress folk are promoting their personal religion through their official channels of communication. This is in direct violation of the spirit and intent of the constitution and bill of rights. The only reason the issue has not been addressed is there are other (yuge!!!) fires to extinguish.

Lie three: don’t read the tweet if it offends you says AP.
Using the (il)logic of AP, then don’t look at the inclusive commercials which portray healthy LGBTQA families. Is that fair AP? Or is fair play too much to ask of you?

Here’s my vision of the USA – people like AP, who refuse to share with anyone who doesn’t believe exactly like they do get to be persecuted just as they’ve always wanted, desired, craved. The rest of humanity continues to worship (or not) as they see fit and never try to force their belief or non belief on anyone else. We work toward happy ever after and understand we are all doing the best we can and we know we can do better.

Sounds like a plan to me. 🙂

  18. Connie

Addendum – my comment that representatives of the government had to maintain religious neutrality is not complete and therefore not correct.

When on duty then religious neutrality
When on personal time a person has their full first ammenent rights.

Just because you can say a thing doesn’t mean you should.

  19. American Patriot

I will never support anyone’s desire to live an ungodly and immoral lifestyle, whether it be homosexuality, transsexualism, polygamy, pornography, extra-marital affair or pre-marital sex, or any thing else. If I am persecuted, oh well, Jesus said that we would be for obeying and following Him. He did say that “people will hate you because they first hated Me.”

I must first obey God rather than man.

  20. American Patriot

How what a great article from Christian Fighter Pilot about this –

    http://christianfighterpilot.com/2016/12/05/mikey-weinstein-attacks-usafa-coach-steed-lobotzke-for-bible-tweets/#comment-174941

Just proves that Mikey is a bald headed, narcissistic, lying, anti-Christian, bigot, bully!
    ,
See, Mikey is not the only one who can string adjectives together!

“For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 6:23

  21. Connie

    Anti-Patriot –

So being bald is a bad thing?

As for the rest of your adjectives I suggest you look in the mirror. The only bully here is you.

Be careful what you wish for, you just might get it. (Life)

  22. American Patriot

    Dear Connie,

I already have eternal life in Christ right now. You say take a look in a mirror, have you taken a seriously look at the adjectives he uses to describe Christians?

No, nothing wrong with being bald, that was a freebie I thought I would just throw in there for fun.

  23. Connie

AP – don’t want a gay life, don’t get a gay lover. What business is it of yours who your neighbor loves as long as they are of the age of consent? It’s a trick question – it’s none of your business. As for your persecution fetish, we don’t hate Jesus. Silly AP. We despise you because you keep sticking your nose where it doesn’t belong.

As for the adjectives Mikey uses to describe people like you? I believe he is accurate and fair. Have you seen what you Dominionists call him? I believe Mikey is acting Christ-like by not lowing himself to their (your) level. After all, he doesn’t advocate for the death of Dominionists like you AP. He wants them to play by the same rules as everyone else.

I already know you won’t understand a word I’ve said – well, you will grasp onto the insults I’ve used. The rest? Don’t confuse you with facts, your mind is already made up.

You believe homosexuality is a sin based on archaic rules that you do not intend to follow. Hypocrisy, your name is Anti-patriot, Deplorable Patriot, Rev Bob, Holy Rebel, Yeshua Warrior. Your name changes but the talking points remain the same.

PS – I am ready pass to the other side. My soul is clear. I look in the mirror and like who I see. And I’ve done all that without your definition of deity. Keep your nose on your own face and out of others business.

  24. Connie

I read that the coach in question did the correct thing by updating his twitter account to show it’s his personal opinion, not an official stance by the ball club or Air Force. That’s all MRFF wanted – for the separation between church and state to be honored.

Ya know, I’ve read most of the holy books of the world and they all have a message in common – be kind to one another and honor each other’s boundaries. Silly that something so easy is so hard to do – looking at you AP. For someone who claims personal knowledge of a God, you sure missed the message.

  25. G

“Just proves that Mikey is a bald headed, narcissistic, lying, anti-Christian, bigot, bully!”

I think that sentence with the exception of the word bald-headed would fit Donald Trump and his cabinet officials since none of them possess any kind of religious moral conscience.

  26. American Patriot

    Connie,

I have no problem if someone wants to be gay or transsexual, what I have a problem with and where I will stick my nose is when they want to push their immoral lifestyle into our culture, schools and colleges, churches and religious organizations and demand that I be tolerant of that lifestyle no matter what. I will stick my nose in there and push back very hard biblically and legally. I also feel that if a minor changes his or her mind that they want out of a gay lifestyle or transsexual lifestyle then they should have the freedom to seek out Christian counseling if they so choose to for help. If someone is struggling with alcoholism or drug addiction, we have resources for those people to get off drugs or get freedom from alcoholism, we don’t tell them they must remain a drug addict or alcoholic, the same with someone who is gay or transsexual, we should not tell them you must remain that free even though they want to change and get free from that!

I find your comment funny that Mikey is Christ-like, that is an oxymoron, only some who has the Spirit of Christ inside them can be Christ-like. Also, that you have no problem with Mikey’s adjectives, that is a sign of someone who is morally and spiritually bankrupt, but I should expect that from someone who does not have Christ as their Lord and Savior.

Finally, I do not and will not play by the same rules when those rules violate or are in opposition to the Word of God. The Word of God is what I adhere to first and foremost before anything or anyone else!!!! All honor, praise, obedience and worship goes to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ above any nation or ruler!

  27. Connie

AP, I bet your response sounded good in your head. But your logic is flawed.

You said you don’t mind gays unless they try to be, you know, actual people. Then you draw the line.

You believe sexuality is a choice? Well then AP, you change your orientation first, mkay?

Next, equating sexuality with alcoholism or drug addiction is not only insulting but based on debunked talking points from the FRC. Nice to know you promote junk science. What am I thinking? Of course you do. By the way, according to this thing called The Constitution a church can’t be forced to officiate a wedding they don’t support. Whomever told you differently was lying to you.

I guess my big take away from your answer is a quote from Animal Farm by George Orwell. You truly believe all animals are created equal but some are more equal than others.

I have a new name for you AP. I shall call you pig.

  28. G

“Finally, I do not and will not play by the same rules when those rules violate or are in opposition to the Word of God.”

Sorry, you need to play by the rule of separation of church and state as stated in the US Constitution.

  29. American Patriot

    G,

I will never recognize the separation of church and state because God does not! We are to bring the kingdom of God to earth and there is no separation of church and state in God’s kingdom, whether in heaven or earth.

  30. American Patriot

    Connie,
The only sexuality that God recognizes is heterosexuality, not homosexuality. The first one is blessed by God the second is an abomination to Him. Now, a heterosexual can sin against God through pre-marital or extra-marital sexual relations, which God will judge just the same way as He will with homosexuality.

You make me laugh Connie, plain and simple you need Jesus to save you!

  31. Connie

    pig – you wrote:

“I will never recognize the separation of church and state because God does not! We are to bring the kingdom of God to earth and there is no separation of church and state in God’s kingdom, whether in heaven or earth.”

This is why you are a traitor to the country which protects you. You ignore Christ’s own words of duality – that it is possible to render unto the government (Ceasar) the obedience due them while the rest of you belongs to your faith (god or Christ). I knew you didn’t know your bible – just didn’t know your ignorance was so extensive.

    pig, I named you correctly.

  32. Connie

PS pig – please explain, without contradicting yourself, why your God chooses to include same sex attraction (provable fact) with every animal species on earth.

Your whole “sin” argument falls to pieces in the face of empirical evidence. After all, it wasn’t all that long ago the same rhetoric thrown against The Ghays was used to trash left handed people.

It’s as if you and those like you have one setting – hate. Jesus will be dissapointed when he sees you next. And yes, I know him very well. My report will reflect your behavior unbecoming of a human.

  33. G

“I will never recognize the separation of church and state because God does not! We are to bring the kingdom of God to earth and there is no separation of church and state in God’s kingdom, whether in heaven or earth.”

Well, then don’t be surprised if you find yourself being hauled into court. Our Founding Fathers put that clause in for a specific reason. God doesn’t seem to care about what is happening to his kingdom on earth

  34. American Patriot

    Connie,
First of all that, that verse about Christ saying render unto Caesar what is Caesar…has nothing to to with who you give your allegiance to, it was a financial question by the Phariees, are we to pay the Roman tax or not.

Secondly, call me whatever you want, the only opinion that matters to me is Christs, and He calls me – beloved, child or God, delighted in, forgiven, washed clean, free, temple of the Holy Spirit, adopted into God’s family, co-heir with Christ, righteous, new, a saint, set apart, ambassador for Christ, co-laborer, never alone, a masterpiece, wonderfully made, having a guaranteed victory, whole in Christ, and I can provide a scripture verse for each one on what my identity in Christ is. So, your opinion or me does not matter all to God. Oh yeah here is another one, I am more than a conqueror through Christ, I am the head and not the tail. Your words wanting to denigrate are so much like the one you follow Mikey and the words of a bully. Only a bully uses words to tear down someone who they think in their on mind is less than they are, which only proves that he is a classical narcissist. If I were Mikey though, I would really fear God more than he does, for scripture says it is a terrible thing to fall into the hands of the living God!

  35. American Patriot

    G,
If I am thrown in court for obeying God rather than man, so be it, that is what the Christian band Newsboys sings about in their music video – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qHroHbYHtrU

  36. Connie

    A bully you call me.

    Really?

I’m not the one throwing my faith in others faces, threatening them with unending pain and torment. I’m not the one spitting on the rules we, as civilized adults, agree to follow to ensure a healthy community. I’m not the one condemning my neighbor because they don’t butter their bread on the same side as me.

There is one person on this site who is a bully and it is you pig. Perhaps if you accepted the love of Jesus into your heart you would see the light, and I could call you American Patriot. Until that time, you are pig – all creatures are created equal, but some are more equal than others.

  37. G

AP, be prepare to pack a toothbrush and your prayers and your belief in God won’t protect you against hardened criminals.

  38. American Patriot anyone that uses the word “Patriot” in the name they use to hide behind, always sends up red flags. The same goes for any organization, movement, group, Facebook page, etc. it has always been those who claim to be “patriots” who are conservative Christians, none of which actually act like Jesus. If you look throughout history, even in the USA’s very short existence, it has always been these kinds of people who have caused the most misery among the masses, especially minorities. They have been as it’s said “on the wrong side of history”. Whether it be those who called Thomas Jefferson ungodly and unpatriotic to the KKK using the Bible to support lynching black people, from those who used the Bible to say Italians, Irish. Jewish etc. are not equal in the eyes of their god, to the current bunch of conservative Christians who believe the USA is their gods chosen continent, from Christopher Columbus ordering the chopping off of Native’s hands for not bringing him more gold, to the “witch trials”, from Puritans lynching Quakers and forcing them to pay for churches they don’t use and banning them from certain jobs, to isolation of minorities like Japanese after Pearl Harbor or a “Muslim list” which resembles Hitlers lists of Jews and others he and the Catholic Church collected, etc… Nothing good has ever risen from the ideology of the conservative Christian movement. They have the power to white wash their past, having the ability no other group has, to say “oh those people weren’t ‘real’ Christians” so they don’t have to be held accountable and accept the fact that they have always been wrong in all their “movements” to “save” America from the heathens, to “Make America Great Again”, the latest mantra. I find these people to be expendable. If I had the power, they would all be treated the way they have always treated others. But since I don’t, there is no need for them to always whine about being the majority who is always oppressesed by the minority. I know it is part of their ideology to be proud of being persecuted, to want to be, to ask to be, they feel it makes them “better” Christians, more worthy of their god’s attention, praise, love. This is not only idiotic, but mentally unhealthy, negatively effects culture, whole countries and continents, but it is against all that is positive about human beings growing, changing progressing, learning, surviving, as a species. The founders of this country were demonized by most conservative Christians from their homeland, for their liberal, treasonous beliefs and behaviors. Granted, they were far from perfect, they planted the seed, and tried to create a better world. It has been “liberal” Christians, Muslim, Jews, Atheists, etc.. who have made the USA a better place, and the world for that matter. So just remember that. Many of us can see how you white wash your history, and we don’t plan on letting you get away with it. Your movement is what your own ideology would deem evil, anti-God, un-American, etc. I can’t say I wish you no harm, nor can I say I wish you luck and allow you freedom to be treated as equal as the rest, because your movement, again, has never done anything good for the USA or the world to be honest. It’s no coincidence people started calling you people, the American Taliban a few decades ago. The one thing I will wish is that when “terrorists” attack, they do so in areas that are most populated be your kind, not Boston or NY where there are more enlightened people. Good riddance, and may a car run off the road and run you down today!
