What a terrible thing to be considered an advocate for, SIN and ABOMINATION! You just have to love a Jew that calls what is evil good!!

JR – you are entitled to your opinion, deplorable as it is.

I look forward to the day when humans are past all the firsts and well into the happy mediums. Dr King started me on this path where I hope humans view each other based on the content of their character, and not by the labels that make each person unique.

JR – I expect you to remain a two dimensional black and white character who will not look beyond their preconceived ideas. Please, tell me again how I’m going to hell for embracing and endorsing love between consenting adults, however they define it.

Congrats MRFF for the article. It is a good feeling to receive positive feedback.

    Connie.
My opinion is based upon what God has said in his Word and that is all that matters, so I guess in your opinion God Almighty is deplorable?

By the way Connie, Dr. King never said the last part “not by the labels that make each person unique.” He said “not by the color of their skin.” Dr. Martin Luther King.

I will remain black and white, because God Almighty is black and white, there are no grey areas with Him.

Love between two consenting adults who are of the same sex will not have eternal life, even if they name the name of Christ. 1 Cor. 6:9-10.

    JR,

You must be smarting from that plagiarism spanking I gave you in another post. I know the full quote of what Dr King said – I expanded on his original thought. That’s what thinking adults do; learn, and grow based on the original thought.

Do I find God to be deplorable? No. I find the people who insist on a inerrant and literal interpretation of dogma to be deplorable. While they argue about meanings of the literal word they miss the point of the message.

I’m always glad when you reply to me as you never answer the hard questions and prove my points with your Dominionist rhetoric.

JR, I do appreciate the assist. 🙂 Thanks.

The Word of God is inerrant because it is the very words of God translated to human beings through the Holy Spirit and it is not dogma. The bible is the living and breathing Word of God given to all mankind to obey or suffer the consequences for such disobedience and the same words that God will hold all men and women accountable to, including you Connie, when they will each stand before God after death, to determine where you will spend eternity, based upon whether or not you accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior. Very black and white wouldn’t you say Connie. No purgatory, no reincarnation, just eternal blessings in the presence of God, or eternal suffering with Satan.

“The Word of God is inerrant because it is the very words of God translated to human beings through the Holy Spirit and it is not dogma.”

Funny, where is the written testimony by the Biblical writers stating that the Holy Spirit told had told them what to write down? Why didn’t the Holy Spirit write the Bible instead of relying on human beings considering the fact that the original followers were dead 30 year later after Christ’s death.

“The bible is the living and breathing Word of God given to all mankind to obey or suffer the consequences for such disobedience and the same words that God will hold all men and women accountable ”

The Constitution is a living and breathing document considering how many times it had amendments being added to it. Furthermore, if we had to obey God, then why did he give us free will in the first place? Seems to me if we had to obey God, then God would make us robots with no brain to think and reason things out with logic.

    “….eternal suffering with Satan”

Yeah, I don’t see God keeping Satan stuck in Hell.

    G,
God has allowed Satan to roam this planet, but his time is coming and Satan can only do what God allows him to do. There is coming a time when God will bind in hell for a thousand years, before letting him loose once a gain before casting him and all his follwers into the lake of fire.

“…..’God has allowed Satan to roam this planet….”

If God is so powerful, why does he allowed Satan to roam the planet? That is like saying this is your house actually when the bank owns the house until you pay it off.

“…….Satan can only do what God allows him to do.”

What is Satan allowed to do that is sanction by God? Why would God allow Satan to do anything if God is so powerful?
