Perhaps the service men and women could pay to have their own military design that was in keeping with the copyrighted and licensing laws and situations.
If a Military personal wants to place military banners and seal type artwork in their personal advertisements – they could personally have them designed or make them themselves.
If they pay out of their own pocket to have made and are not infringing upon others material, shouldn’t it be ok ?
This is a long discussion with many classified and secretive deep and drawn out informational material to sort through.
