By claiming the decision is unconstitutional, they must figure few will debate it. If someone were to ask what makes it unconstitutional, the usual response is “it goes against my life, liberty and pursuit of happiness,” from The Declaration of Independence. It would be interesting to know what Article, Section or Amendment they claim the USMC’s decision contravenes.

Anyone who would actually have a reason to have dogtags would know that official dogtags are issued to them, whereas replicas, even with the service seal on it, are purchased. So I am wondering why you would oppose these replicas.
