    Which deity are you thanking Allan? There are over 2,500 in the world, all acknowledged by the Christian holy book in the first chapter.

    There is only one God who is Yahweh or Jehovah! Even the bible says, which is God speaking, “there are no other gods but Me.”

    Now do your reading assignment.

    If there is only one God, Baumann, then how come we study the Greek and Roman gods even to this day, plus naming items after them and making TV series and films about them?

    Allan, if there is only the one and only deity why is the word ‘gods’ and not ‘god’?
