    You cannot file a federal lawsuit for something that falls under the First Amendment as freedom of speech which tattoos fall under. Any judge who is intelligent would throw out that lawsuit. I think Alliance Defending Freedom and First Institute needs to told about this.

    Baumann tried to find an “intelligent” judge these days thanks to Mitch McConnell and the Federalist Society.
