    What about his Hatch Act violations??
    Yes, Congresspeople can also be National Guard or Reserve persons as well.
    But when they wear their Congressional hats, they can not also appear in military uniforms for reelection ads!!
    Such ads give the impression that the military is above civilians in our democracy, or he is planning a military coup against the Constitution!!

    The Hatch Act applies to civilian government employees, NOT to elected officials like Congressman Collins.
