QUESTION: Where can I find separation of church and state in the constitution?
ANSWER:
Although most people believe the words “separation of church and state” are actually in the U.S. Constitution, the words cannot be found there.

Oh Army Brat !
Separation of Church and State is Captain Dummy Speak (HT Firefly) for explaining the First Amendment. I’m happy for the simplicity as all the legalese in the Amendments makes my eyes glaze over.
Here’s a fun fact – neither the words God nor Jesus occur anywhere in the Constitution and Bill of Rights of the United States of America.
They did use common language ‘year of our Lord’ when writing out the date but that is not an inclusion of religion in the documents which govern We The People.
