Although missing MRFF’s deadline last week to remove the blatantly Christian cross sculpture from the lobby of the 84th Training Command’s Mission Command Complex at Fort Dix, the Commander, US Army Support Activity-Fort Dix, personally removed the symbol of Christian supremacy this morning, sending MRFF the “after” photo below while still on his phone call with Mikey Weinstein.

    Seriously though
    If Compliance in Diversity is a precursor for
    CULTURAL ACCEPTANCE;
    Then religious freedom of expression should not permit theft in anyway !

    Nor should we provide sovereignty to those who choose to deny others of religious freedom not persecution of differing views!

    I celebrate the removal of the icon respecting only one faith. We The People are a Mulligan Stew of differing flavors all blended together in a yummy democratic stew.

    There are some who wish to overwhelm the other flavors, who are unable or unwilling to share.

    On a personal note I’m glad the cross was removed. While the message of Christ was mostly benign, there are sections in the Christian Bible advocating death for anyone considered other. Leaving the space allows each person to fill in their mind as they see fit.

    The New Testament in the Bible does not advocate for death to anyone who disagrees! (You really need to read more of it, Mr Weinstein!) The Bible accepts Jew and Gentile. But Christians have the right of religious freedom, from, you know, the Constitution of the United States! Put the cross back, please! JESUS DIED FOR YOU, TOO!

    Christine Feather you may believe a guy named Jesus died for everybody that professes your faith, but the majority of the world population does not. Put everything about your religion up in your residence and church. No religious items belong in public spaces

    Religious freedom for anyone who agrees with them. They’re part of the Antichrist. Read the first chapter of 1 John. I guarantee you that they will be answering directly to Jesus when they’re judged about denying him before men. Too bad he will deny them before God the Father!

    Farajallah M Yazbek,

    It has to be religious freedom for all or the whole system collapses. This means your religious freedom ends where mine begins (aka my sincere belief that if you proselytize to me it is my divine right to pop you in the snoot).

    I, for one, won’t be judged by any Christian deities as they have no power over me. Nice ‘wait until my dad gets home’ energy though. Did you think of that all on your own?

    Christine Feather, “That whosoever would not seek the Lord God of Israel should be put to death, whether small or great, whether man or woman……Chronicles 15:13. Apart from drowning every baby on earth 4,500 years (Noah’s Ark myth), your all loving God has killed 2,821,364 people in the bible. Whereas that “nasty” devil has only killed 10. How can you be so wicked to worship a mass murderer?
