MRFF Takes a Stand Against “Wreaths Across America’s” Annual Desecration of Non-Christian Veterans’ Graves with its Christmas Wreaths

On December 18, the graves of all veterans in our country’s 155 national cemeteries and numerous other locations where American veterans are buried, will be indiscriminately decorated with Christmas wreaths by the organization Wreaths Across America.

The gravesites of Christians and non-Christians alike will be adorned with this hijacked-from-paganism symbol of Christianity — circular and made of evergreen to symbolize everlasting life through Jesus Christ — whether the families of the deceased veterans like it or not.

I understand your concern with the laying of Christmas wreaths on EVERY grave without regard that some of those graves are clearly marked with emblems other than Christian. According to United States Department of Veterans Affairs page there are 74 religious emblems available for headstones. So perhaps they need to come up with a way of allowing families to decide if they want the wreath.

I’m a fairly liberal guy but I think your take here is stupid if your overall goal is preserve the separation of church and state. This is red meat for both the Maga crowd and the Christian crowd and you know it. Get a grip and channel your efforts in a more effective direction.

A wreath is not a Christian symbol. Wreaths have been used by Christians today and in the past but is also secular.

“Why we lay funeral wreaths today
Today, most people no longer speak “the language of flowers”. But we still recognize wreaths as a powerful symbol of our emotions. The choice of flowers shows our feelings, while the wreath shape shows that we are honoring the deceased. Some people also see the wreath as a symbol of eternal life, or the cycle of life and death, because of its circular shape.”

Being forgotten is the crime. Being remembered and honored with a flag or wreath is appropriate and good.

I guess you needed something to fundraise with.

Some people need to get a life and stop causing problems for others. This is an act of good will and because of this action that tge MRFF are doing this disabled veteran will no longer send any donations to this organization ever again. Their statement ( without permission of the surviving families is unconditional, an atrocity and a disgrace) is B.S. How about you read what the real constitution of the United States of America says instead of making something up just because you do not like it. For an organization that has the Word (Freedom) in its title you really do not know what that word really means. I hope you loose all funding.

Goooooood luck seeking donations! How could you protest a beautiful symbol of honor? Whoever drummed up this campaign is probably a male with green hair protesting women’s rights 😂😂😂! Lord have mercy on our society. It truly has gone to full blown mentacide.

The act of placing wreaths on the graves of our fallen soldiers is in, NO WAY, an atrocity and a disgrace! Spray painting crosses on the tombstones of any solider that is doesn’t have a cross would be considered an atrocity. You need to rethink your verbiage because you make absolutely no sense. This act is symbolism for the fact that we STILL HONOR and REMEMBER each of them. It is a simple token of appreciation. Nothing more. You would find anything to complain about, a white candle, or heart shaped flags, Poinsettias, whatever was being placed, you would find fault in it. This MRFF organization stands for, “Military Respects by Fakes and Frauds. Get bent Mikey, you’re not fooling anyone!

Celebrating the Holiday Season is not Carpet Bombing.. Get real. I have helped with that here in Dallas for several years and do a radio show that promotes it as well.. Get off your high horse looking for publicity and we are all one family who served.

Christian. Gang. Signs. One of the great things about being a Christian is the power to forgive given to us by Christ. I forgive you. Now please go away.

  13. Your stupid December 14, 2021 at 10:36 am

This idiot is clueless and looking for money. I bet he never served. Boycott this site and everything this nut does.

You are a fucking moron. Merry Christmas!!!

“Weinstein received a salary of $314,000 even, and the organization reported under $700,000 in total revenue”. You are a crook taking donations and stealing in the form of an excessive salary.

  16. Dennis P Cummings December 14, 2021 at 11:03 am

The President lays a wreath at the tomb of the Unknown Soldier every year. Does he have to stop for you?

  17. Tony Rudolf December 14, 2021 at 11:17 am

I have no analogy to compare how pathetic your life must be. Clearly you must live your life looking for triggers that you can attack. Sad

    piss off

  20. Michael H. December 14, 2021 at 11:34 am

Let’s do this, understand where this is coming from. It was started by a family that recognized that NO ONE, not even this organization from what I found, was doing anything for those that gave the ultimate sacrifice for all of us, during this time of year. As a VET of both Jewish and Christian heritage, I can find plenty of things that you could complain about. Except you choose to complain about something that is good.

Let’s put it this way, when the wrong things become right and the right things become wrong, then we all need to look for things not of this world.

I just don’t understand people that want to degrade everything that is good. Merry Christmas and Happy Chanukah. May the blessing of our LORD Yeshua, be on you.

You “Mikey” is the epitome of what is wrong in the United States!

  22. Caren Keller December 14, 2021 at 11:42 am

We always wear our wreaths dangling from chains around our necks exhibiting our GANG affiliation. In case you’ve forgotten – our colors are red and green.

  23. Benjamin R. December 14, 2021 at 11:44 am

Your accusations about Wreaths Across America are down right ridiculous! They have organized a time each holiday season where they enlist thousands of volunteers to show that we remember this countries fallen hero’s during this festive time of the year. If they hadn’t started this program years ago, our fallen vets would be out of sight, out of mind and as a vet with friends buried at Arlington, I appreciate their efforts.

I’m curious as to what you organization gets in return for paying your bloated salary. You are taking almost half of what your organization takes in and this is how you spend your time and resources on their behalf. Utter nonsense and you should hang your head in shame for making such slanderous comments.

    Happy Chanukah Knucklehead!

Weinstein’s organization IS ROTTEN TO THE CORE

  25. Roger December 14, 2021 at 11:58 am

You people have a mental disease

  26. Paul December 14, 2021 at 11:59 am

What an ass! If you have a problem don’t blast it just to get your group some front page time! Talk to those laying the wreaths on the day and let them know which ones have objections otherwise keep your uncalled for words to yourself. As retired military it is appreciated that my college’s are remembered. Merry Christmas 🎄🎅🏼🪖

  27. Bud December 14, 2021 at 12:03 pm

Leave it alone. Find something to do that has value. What you’re doing is just social masterbation. Makes you feel good and no one else

  28. Shelton Summons December 14, 2021 at 12:07 pm

This organization should be stripped of its 501(c)(3) status unless they can show proof that they operate with the consent of military men and women! Well that and because this guy is pocketing nearly 50cents on each dollar donated. That 105hrs work week is obvious fraud, so this clown needs to go to jail as well… 🤡🤡🤡

  29. Monica December 14, 2021 at 12:49 pm

I never had an idea that a wire tube covered with balsam was actually a sign of Christianity.
This must be one of the most stupid things that I have read in a long time, what will happen? Conversion?
Here sone nice people are remembering our soldiers, period.
We have so much crap going on in the world, Kentuckians have just gone through hell and back as well as people from 8 other states and this is your stand?
Must be great to piss on people trying to do something good

  31. Defiant Patriot December 14, 2021 at 1:54 pm

You are a complete idiot and waste of space. As a 20 yr combat vet retired I dont see anything wrong with putting some CHRISTMAS love on the graves of the heros of the past. And yes I said CHRISTMAS not some PC garbage term you morons use. You are disgusting and your cause is s^&*. We are in a state of “woke”, anti-white, garbage LGBQTRSQUVWXYZ, destroying the United States. And you are the problem…find something else to worry about. I have friends that gave the ultimate sacrifice and none of them, and their families have a problem with a CHRISTMAS decoration on their graves.
