Todd Starnes covers Shields of Strength’s federal lawsuit that claims the DoD’s regulation prohibiting the use of its official trademarked emblems on items that promote religion or political views is unconstitutional — a lawsuit resulting from MRFF’s major 2019 victory in getting the DoD to follow its own regulations and disallow the use of its official emblems on by Shields of Strength on its Bible verse dog tags.

    Telling an organization to follow the law and their own regulations is considered “bullying” in the theocrats’ alternate universe. I’m sure they’d be happy to see dog tags with emblems of the US military next to the words “Allahu akbar.”
