Thanks for your hard work and fight against religious extremists of all stripes. In my mind, there is little difference between Christian fundamentalists and the Taliban. They want to bring back a time when people of color and LGBT folks could be beaten and lynched just for existing. We can’t afford to let these people serve in the military.
I have been hearing for some years that these fanatics have been infiltrating our military and police departments all over the country. It scares me.
If Mikey (what adult make still allows himself to be called Mikey?) had a shred of integrity he and his organization claim, he’d be asking why the one person who has the ultimate responsibility to secure Capitol Hill failed to do so. That one person is her royal highness Nancy Pelosi. The Capitol police don’t do anything without the go ahead from the sergeant at arms, ( a political appointee) and the sergeant at arms doesn’t do anything without permission from the speaker of the House. There was 20,000 national Guardsmen ready and available for crowd control but Pelosi and the D.C. Mayor decided against having them, even though they were well aware of a heightened threat level. In other words, those very sane people that Mikey and Co. are slandering were the best people to prevent the Jan 6th riots. The whole religious extremist/nationalist talking point is a cover story for failed Democrat leadership and the real reason House security was breeched. Why is it, that a year later that none of the people arrested on Jan 6th have been charged with insurrection? Not only that, but two of the people at the epicenter of the riot haven’t been charged with anything and have barely been investigated? But the Christans in the military are to blame!

And less we forget, Drumpf himself delaying tactics and watching it all unfold on TV – his own kids, et al. beseeching him to tell the insurrectionists to stand down and go home! He encouraged it the treasonous bastard! This was a crowd shouting, “hang Mike Pence!” Remember that? Drumpf himself put his own Vice President’s life in danger!
He killed in excess of 600,000 Americans through his mishandling of the pandemic! Remember – “inject disinfectant?”

The reason a year on, people haven’t been charged with insurrection is because 1. insurrection is a harder case to prove legally (near impossible), 2. they ARE going to jail (in other words, being punished for their crimes, and 3. your deluded orange man-baby idol promoted it thinking he was going to be able to remain in office by stopping the vote count and turning the election over to a Trumplican Congress!
