Hi Mikey,
Just took a look at this email about the Me-262 illustration showing a swastika on the tail.  I think you’re over reacting by claiming this somehow glorifies the Nazi regime of WWII Germany.The illustration accurately depicts the aircraft as it was in service;  every Luftwaffe aircraft carried a swastika on the tail.  Today, every plastic model kit of similar German aircraft includes swastikas in the decal set, because that’s how those aircraft were marked during the war.You may want to check with the AF Museum here in Dayton, because every one of their Luftwaffe aircraft on display has a great big swastika on the tail.This is in no way an endorsement of the Nazi regime, it is an accurate depiction of the aircraft in their service markings.

(name withheld), it’s all about time place and manner… We would have no trouble with it being in a museum… But it is out in front of the door of the group Commander… that is ABSOLUTELY the wrong time, place and manner!!… We had 41 USAF families come to us enraged about this… Eight of them are Jewish… Most are Christian… It would be a felony in Germany to display this they’re in the same time place and manner… Perhaps actually read the press releases that we put out it would be helpful?
