MRFF Gets Second Complaint About Same VA Doctor Who Cut Off Care to Veteran Who Objected to Religious Proselytizing – This Time It’s Political

As we reported last week, after complaining to the Phoenix VA about his primary care physician Dr. Fred Cheron’s incessant religious proselytizing during appointments, phone calls, and in emails, Navy veteran Gary Rinsem, who has a life-threatening medical condition, was egregiously retaliated against, including being told that he would have to wait a month and a half to be assigned a new primary care physician and at least another month longer than that to get an appointment – a length of time that could have literally been a death sentence.
Prior to Gary Rinsem’s complaint, another veteran, Steve Brittle, had complained to the Phoenix VA about an issue he was having — his Trump-loving primary care physician was continuously goading him into contentious political discussions during his medical appointments, despite his telling the doctor that he did not want to discuss politics.
Turns out it was the same doctor – Dr. Fred Cheron!
And, like Gary Rinsem’s medical care suffered for objecting to Dr. Cheron’s religious proselytizing, Stephen Brittle’s medical care is now suffering for asking this predatory doctor to stop his MAGA political proselytizing.

As it’s been explained to me, in MAGA land there are two kinds of people: those who tell others what to do and everyone else not MAGA. Perhaps these authoritarian humans need a lesson on what it feels to be powerless.
I said it before, a doctor takes an oath to first do no harm. Both the doctor and the VA hospital which defends him need a good dose of cleansing sunshine. Let’s see what else pops out with a thorough investigation.

So, no circles, meaning no oranges, grapes, or other tasty circular snacks? How sad.
After reading the history of the word used I know the hatred behind the phrase. I reject the anonymous hatred of the troll and celebrate the silliness of a world devoid of spherical tasty snacks.
