In a “Spotlight on Pine Bluff Arenal Veterans” interview of Army Civilian Wes Sparks, the Arsenal’s Cultural Resource Manager, published online by the Public Affairs office at Pine Bluff Arsenal, the proselytizing Sparks took the opportunity to make his Army-position-aided proselytizing goals clear, saying in part:

“It makes me sad that some will be separated from their Creator forever. This is Hell. So, I do fight in the army that belongs to Jesus. To make sure that everyone is aware of this.”

After a phone call from MRFF Founder and President Mikey Weinstein to a senior Army Public Affairs official and a follow-up email from a MRFF key staff member, the outrageous never-should-have-been-posted-in-the-first-place interview was quickly removed!
