MRFF Op-Ed on LA Progressive: “Christian Superior Orders Service Member to stop Reading ‘The Catcher in the Rye'”

la-progressive
The book banning mania has apparently made its way into our military, at least as far as one offended “believing Christian” mid-level military commander is concerned. This “believing Christian” military commander, full of offendedness by seeing one of his subordinates reading “The Catcher in the Rye,” actually ordered the subordinate to stop reading the book.

It’s called an unlawful order – doesn’t have to be followed!
Much like a religious objection to a vaccine huh?
Hey Comatose,
I prey Republicans NEVER get vaccinated – EVER! And that they continue to gather in large crowds with their MAGA brethren!
Especially those on the religious right (which is most of them). I’m with you! Pass the word – religious exemptions for all Republicans! No vaccines and no masks – ever! Special wards in hospitals where they can visit the dying while unprotected! God will protect them or welcome them, no worries!
Never again let churches be shut down! Keep gathering, keep praying!
Who needs science when you have God?
With your help, we’ll get them into Heaven where they belong!
Keep up the good work! Pass it on – “your body your choice!”
I do like how the article title clarifies that the Christian was superior.
