MRFF Helps USAF Squad Commanders Stop Group Commander from Forcing Airmen to Watch Gruesome Christian Movie
“Mr. Weinstein, I am one of the USAF Squadron Commanders with whom you have been working very recently regarding a disturbing incident where our immediate rating superior (Group Commander)has been attempting to force us to have our unit’s airmen attend a mandatory event focussed on specifically spreading Christianity under the guise of increasing “Spiritual Readiness.”The mandatory event involved the watching of a particularly controversial Christian movie with which we know you and the MRFF are quite familiar.
“We’re sorry but we can’t be any more specific than that for the obvious reasons. However, I did want to thank you so very much on behalf of all of us for your personal intercession with our Wing leadership to stop our Group Commander in his tracks.”
— E-mail from one of a group of USAF Squadron Commanders

I spent 20 years as an Air Force enlisted member. I truly appreciate squadron commanders standing up for the enlisted and officer members of their commands! I’ve seen the results of commanders not standing up for their personnel, and I thank both these commanders and MRFF for supporting the people who would otherwise been abused by a Group Commander’s desires to convert people to a particular religion.
I think hearing testimony about Commanders abusing members of their Commands with their own personal magical thinking is the real story. Indicates we’ve got serious problems in terms of the selection process for leadership positions.
We hire these mother fuckers to prosecute the nations wars, ensure combat readiness, and take care of the folks under their charge.
We really don’t give a fuck what you personally believe about a magic man in the clouds. Can you do the job you were hired to do?
If their magic man in the sky were half as powerful as they think he is, we wouldn’t need a military would we? We could just pray!
I’d love to see a Muslim Commander proselytizing his troops on the one true prophet of God… Mohammed, and watch the whole chain of command go into seizures! Fucking tools!
Kick them out! Unfit to lead America’s sons and daughters into battle!
Allah u Akbar! Right?
fake and gay
Finally, the bon mots from Oscar descend from the heavens (or the interwebz – could be both) to tell us either the story or their favorite commentator is fake and gay? Clarification is needed, that’s all I’m saying.
My mind went tesseract because they can tell gender from a comment? That’s a super power!
Or not because for the most part everything uttered by the troll named Oscar has been easily debunked. It’s almost as if they aren’t even trying. They know their deity and candidate is losing this election and they know it’s because the former guy is just so toxic and never shuts their mouth, even when in their own interest.
I am reminded that evil never serves it’s own purposes – not my belief but a truth from the beginning of history or so the teaching stories say.
Trump may have the right to remain silent but I’m confident he doesn’t have the ability.
A little Freud slipping out of Oscar Meyer’s pie hole again!
When they’ve got nothing, they go to the Jesus closet in their heads and pull out “Gay!” The end! That’s all they’ve got, their own sexual proclivities on display, as if being gay was a “gotcha!” Really?
Did you see the aftermath of the Vandy-Bama game?
Vandy students tear down the goal post and throw it in the river. So ….. $300,000 dollars later to replace the goal post, um, and they proved that educational attainment at Vanderbilt is less than stellar? Or at least, they’re not business majors for certain, having to add a little to everyone’s tuition fees next term to pay for it.
Reminds me of the MAGA crowd wanting to tear down any social programs and regulations that they benefit from, “Yeah, we showed them. We got rid of Obama Care,” as they visit an emergency room for an ear infection that cost them $1500 dollars rather than the “$99 dollars they would have paid at a local Doc-in-the-box!
“Dummer [sic] than a bag of hammers!”
If it looks like an Oscar, talks like an Oscar, walks like an Oscar … it’s an Oscar.
Too funny!
Come out of the closet bro! You’ll feel better! And get that GED!
Your girl heels up is lookin pretty bad right now. Leave it to the genius Democrats to put an inept DEI hire to the task. Trump-land for four more years.
Grey One Talks Sass, respectfully, homosexuality is a sexual orientation instead of a gender. I suspect that’s what you meant. Oscar, on the other hand, clearly meant “gay” as an insult. And I suspect you thought that calling someone “gay” as an insult was shatbit crazy!
I fully expect you’ll tell me if I got that wrong, and if I did, I’ll apologize. I doubt Oscar would EVER apologize.
That said, it’s a bit late for this election cycle, but I’ve noticed that the Brits seem to have a history of running parody candidates to lampoon the more . . . how to say this . . . “special”? candidates in their elections. A few years ago, a Lord Buckethead ran for a seat in Parliament — even appeared on Last Week Tonight with John Oliver! This time around, Count Binface ran, along with Daleks.
I’ve come to the conclusion that we Americans need to come up with candidates suitable for running against the likes of Rafael “Ted” Cruz — candidates willing to wallow in the depths of the socio-political pig sties to which candidates like “the most hated man* in the Senate” sink every time they have the opportunity. We need the Party of American Trolls! A group of people willing to present themselves as the magical creatures opposed to the idiocy of “hoomans” who want to dehumanize others. For example, a Troll Party delegation attending a local council meeting where people like Oscar might denigrate homosexuals might make the following argument:
“Why you hate gay hoomans? They happy — you want to make them unhappy? Who bad hoomans now ? ! ?”
Anyone else think we need a Troll Party?
Oh, the asterisk after “man” in the statement about Senator Cruz is there to indicate that while nobody in the Senate appears to disagree that Cruz is easily the most hated being there, there may be some debate over his status as a mature male of the species H. Sapiens . . . .
Trump 24 baby!
JP- yep, used the wrong word. While I value the no edit function of commenting at MRFF (trolls can’t say a thing, get reactions, and then change what the said to make those who reacted look like idiots reacting to nothing) it also exposes my mistakes.
The word gender slips through my fingers as they type, like honey, while the word sexuality is all angles and bitey bits, hard to type, or at least that’s how my brain sees it.
Per the AP it will be a while before the election can be called although some local races seem clear. Not sure about Texas as it appears they re-elected Ted Cruz, the most hated human in Congress. Voting against one’s own interests seems to be a theme this election as both Matt Gaetz and MTG were also returned to office.
Too close to call so I’m going to watch Stargate (the new cat is a fan) and hope for the best while preparing for the worst.
And the convicted felon won because too many of my fellow citizens decided a convicted sexual assaulter and felon was better than a biracial female.
I’m glad I prepared for the worst because here it is.
Hope our trolls enjoy the economic hardship coming our way. Both Trump and Musk said it would be for our own good (HA!) but hardship had to happen. Just like an authoritarian.
I believe in Democracy even as I believe many of my fellow citizens deserve the unintended consequences headed their way. No mercy, no pity. I’ve read history. Who gets thrown under the bus first? The loyalists for they are the Twue Believers who will object if the new admin strays from the agenda just a little bit.
We shall see, won’t we?
I am reminded that sometimes when it appears that everything is falling apart it’s really falling into place. Sometimes.
lol is it really a troll when the majority of the population feels the same? Almost seems like YOU are the troll. If you looked at the election as convicted criminal vs biracial woman… then you have a long way to go in your journey to become a more intelligent human.
The majority of our population doesn’t agree with you. The majority of the voting population agrees with your racist and patriarchal ways. Looking at the numbers the biggest demographic didn’t vote.
Distilled to its essence then yes, a majority of Americans still have an issue with women in positions of authority, including you troll. That was my point.
For example, policies, which we heard was important, were provided by one side, concepts of plans on the other. But both sides. We were told the economy was important but yet, those who provided were not rewarded for their hard work.
One side acted out a sex act at a rally with kids and the press sane washed it all, nothing to see here folks. The other operated a campaign grounded in inclusion, solid economic progress, and a plan forward, but both sides.
And troll, on this site you are the troll and I’m the defender of our Constitution and Bill of Rights. Try to keep up.
PS, I’m not the only defender, just one of many.
