Sean Duffy’s performance theater dovetails into the VA launching their “Anti-Christian Bias” snitch line. I watched a clip on Instagram from Jolly Good Ginger who had all the details as to who/what/how, ect. It would be a shame if those communication portals were flooded with claims of actual bias or red herrings. I’m good with the herring angle too.
The only thing that keeps me from losing all hope is the knowledge that all of you are out there with the same thoughts about saving our democracy. I can hear you – it’s my superpower, one that makes me super creepy at a party which is why I don’t go. Side note – it’s not that I can hear your individual thoughts but when enough humans expend enough energy on the same thought? Yeah, that lights up like a neon sign. As I explained to my mom, when I ‘hear’ an individuals thoughts it’s more like I can read what’s on the white board of their mind. You have a thought caught in your head? Yeah, that’s your white board. It’s erasable. Erase that thought and all I see is a blank white board. I can go deeper but never without consent. Boundaries people, boundaries. And NEVER means unless it gets totally complicated and the fate of the universe (or the planet) is on the line. You know, complicated. Then the rule changes to for the good of all and may it harm none. and kids, harm and hurt are two different things.
But I digress.
When I heard about the snitch line I’d hoped the resistance would do what they do best, hack the powerful. The wording that was used in the order. Everyone here who has been through the Missing Man Table conflict remembers how each of the complainers talked about how WE were the oppressors because we demanded neutrality when it came to religious signifiers on the table.
Apparently we were their test run. Gosh I feel spiffy. Yeah, me too. Let’s all increase our resistance. They wouldn’t be pressing this hard this early if they felt comfortable in their timeline.
Good. What WeThePeople are doing is working. Keep it up. Not that you need my validation but I do validate you. I’m proud of what the resistance has accomplished thus far. Our spirit isn’t asleep, we are here, loud, proud, and defending our home from those who would destroy all we have. Some of it may be crap but it’s our crap and we will deal with it when the time comes thank you very much.
