MRFF Vehemently Condemns the Supreme Court’s Decision to Allow Trump’s Ban on Transgender Military Members to be Enforced
On Tuesday, the Supreme Court, with its majority of conservative Christian nationalists who put their religious opinions above the Constitution that they are sworn to uphold, granted the Trump administration’s request to allow its ban on transgender troops to be enforced while litigation is pending.
With nearly 70 transgender clients, along with their families, MRFF will continue to fight back on their behalf.

Numbers of gay and bi-sexual men and women serving in the military reflect that of society at large, you know, the place they recruit from?
In the Hogsbreath Trumpian DOD ( military parade on the way – as you do when you’re a dictator – coinciding with Schittsinpants’ birthday), you can be frat-boy misogynistic, we like that, and you can be gay, as long as you don’t tell anyone.
If there’s a gay sex scandal, it’s usually a Republican involved, their suppressed identity coming to the fore with the back drop of bring a real man, an alpha, in their heads. The ones speaking the loudest against gays and trans issues, usually the most debauched closeted tendencies driving their “don’t look here” cover.
I’d like to see the military taken over by their version of whites only, Christian males. Let them fight their own wars!

The gay and trans issues are, unfortunately, a distraction, just like everything else that comes out of the White House gaslight cabinet to lead people away from their own incompetency.
For example, the United States Attorney General, Spam Bondi, in the White House, stated publicly that Trump has saved 258 million lives that otherwise would have been lost to fentanyl!
What she’s not saying in those numbers is that 75% of the population in the U.S. is on fentanyl? With 72 million children in the U.S., I’m guessing it’s the kids that haven’t been affected, or some combination, you dream it up, it’ll fit her narrative either way.
Trans and gay issues, relative to military service, the same old tired Trumpian gaslighting, making preposterous shit up.
Kind of wanting to confuse the issue of what “fox holes” really are while they rob you blind with lowered standard of living, life span, health, job outlook, and give to the rich.
In the Hogsbreath military, readiness IS measured in terms of dick size, inflated to reassure bruised egos of the likes of Hogsbreath and Little-Hands Trump.
But it’s all a distraction.
Why is the defense budget being increased? I’ve spent my life working for the military, six deployments, two wars, blah, blah, and I can tell you that there are NO accountants in the military! OK, I stand corrected. The few they have do “creative” accounting, thus, zero passed audits for the DOD. When you can’t explain where the money went, throw more money at them!
Our military “strength,” using that term loosely, is defined by the size of its di.., er, budget. But it’s all we have! The American empire is over, done, finished.
We’ve long been a nation of, “if you don’t do what we say, we’ll kick your ass!”
But those days are long gone, Iraq and Afghanistan prima facie.
And Trump is reshaping the world as he tries to shake other countries down for money. Those new trade alliances are also military alliances.
We have, by sheer numbers, an overwhelming air capability. Excepting special ops folks, the lethality of our ground game is very limited, extremely short term. All destruction with zero sustainment capability in the ground game, witness the last twenty years of war, and wars before that!
But even the U.S. militaristic bravado waning as Trump threatens to invade NATO allies, those relationships destroyed by way of tweet.
The U.S. and what once was the G7 (now in doubt with Trump’s tariffs on partners), are economically less significant than the rising BRICS economies. 27% of world output vs 35%.
Manufacturing is NOT coming back to America – period, full stop, ain’t gonna happen.
What IS coming back, you’re seeing it unfold right before your eyes, is a Neo-feudal system of control as an empire self-isolates and dies, relegated to a has been once world power just like all the others that have gone before it.
The way forward is a global collaboration based on mutual respect, free trade, and a collective sharing of gains that protect the planet’s most important assets, the planet itself and its people!
The gay and trans issues of Trumptie and Hogsbreath’s Christian Nationalism driven distractions are just that – distractions.
They are gutting the country and gutting the military. Creating a self-isolated “us vs them” weakened organizational structure.
The same play book of George Bush unfolding on steroids, “You’re either with us or against us!” And you see where that got us. 20 years of funding the military industrial complex, all for naught. Spending that did nothing to serve the American people or that of anyone else in the world. Untold millions killed, US devastation lay in its wake,
American lives no better off today than they were in 2001 when the Saudis took down the World Trade Centers. Left with two economic crashes, one in 2008 and the pandemic, both mismanaged by Republicans, although Trump is not a Republican, he’s an autocrat, a tyrant, a little boy on the world stage that likes to cosplay, a staple genus.

The Chinese, ever the gentleman negotiators, tell Bessent, “you are a great negotiator Mr. Scott,” pack their shit up and board a plane home, laughing their asses off on the plane, joking about how Bessent needs a software update while opening up some Jack Daniel’s to toast with!
Scott goes on national news to tell American MAGATS how good the Trump Administration is at playing “Trump Fold ‘Em,” and how they got a great deal from the Chinese, hoping like hell they can fill up Long Beach ports with Chinese products before Walmart runs out of Cabbage Patch dolls – they come in 30 versions but have a limit of two! They’ll be a bit more expensive but trans kids don’t need 30, a couple ought to do it. And no more than five pencils!

He wants Muslims to skip the Dhuhr, the mid-day prayer, and golf instead.
He also wants to sell the Saudis some new military toys and wants to talk about the price of oil. He needs $1.98/gal in the U.S., wants Saudi to increase production, getting a bit worried about his tariff taxes on US consumers ahead of the mid-terms.
The Saudis have gone along with it to capture more of the global market, some of their OPEC partners going rogue, they’ll raise the prices later once they get past the mid-terms and get his third presidency campaign underway.
He also wants Saudi air space for an attack on Iran but the Saudis don’t want Iran attacking them and shutting down traffic in the Persian Gulf. It’s going to happen anyway, but MBS doesn’t want any part of appearing to side with Israel on a different sect Muslim brother, lots of Muslims come to Mecca every year for the Haj, the French guillotine in the forefront of MBS’s mind. :-)
So off Trumptie goes hoping to secure an attack-on-Iran deal as well as shake the Saudis down for a few more personal billion.

Speaking of trans health issues, Trumptie says he’s going to lower drug prices by supporting the pharmaceutical companies in an effort to force other countries to pay more for drugs, thereby allowing the pharmaceuticals to lower the cost of drugs they sell in America!
In other words, a tariff on other countries cost of drugs!
Said another way, we’re going to force foreign drug companies to charge their own customers more to subsidize us.
He’s going to do that by not allowing a pharmaceutical company’s country to sell cars in the U.S. unless they charge their own people more for drugs! Now that is some one dimensional checkers the orange man is talking about playing.

Generally speaking, one thing the military does very well is take a very diverse population of civilians from all backgrounds and walks of life and molds them into an effective fighting force. A team that forms around an allegiance to the constitution, not a particular affinity to sexual preference, until now!
The “embargo” Hogsbreath and the White House are placing on military membership is anathema to not only military readiness, but their own debauched form of sexual proclivity.
