Speaking of fighting, Republicans are voting on a budget increase that provides ICE agents, because rounding up brown people is important, a $42,000 dollar bonus for each ICE agent.
The average American’s yearly bonus is $2,500. But, you know, serving ice is dangerously cold work!

Donald John Tariff, the apricot asshole, bringing a bloated budget to the one department that has never passed an audit. You guessed it – the Department of Defense!
The proposed base budget at $1 Trillion, add to it the cost of the coast guard, the VA, nuclear weapons, black ops, and you’re up to about $1.5 Trillion.
And that’s not counting homeland security (excepting nuclear weapons), border patrol, ICE, et al.
With 800 US military installations overseas, for a country that has lost every war from Vietnam forward, isn’t it about time to say, “hey, wait just a fucking minute?”
And of course, they’re going to tell you that they have to cut “entitlement” programs to pay for it, when the real story is they don’t need your tax dollars to pay for anything! Not when they can print any amount of money they need and fund any program they want funded. Like, for example, spending money to bomb Gaza, or attacking Iran, or invading Greenland, or Panama.
You hear anyone talking about how to pay for taking over Canada as the 51st State? Nope. Never will. All that free health care Canadians get?
The budget is relevant but only as it relates to employment and inflation, the job of the Fed. Kind of hard to get your head wrapped around the fact that your tax dollars do NOT fund government spending! Spending comes first, contrary to what the majority in Congress will tell you. YOU have to live with a budget, but only because you can’t print your own money, the US government does NOT! It can never go broke!
Trump’s already played the inflation card, it’s coming, like it or not, regardless of the Fed’s attempts to control it. Tariffs in his toddler tantrums.
With Petey Hogsbreath running the DOD, you think waste, fraud, and abuse in the Pentagon is going to get better? BTW, it costs the taxpayer $5 Billion just to do a DOD audit that they’ve never passed! $5,000 Million of your tax dollars to tell you what you already knew – they can’t pass an audit and are clueless where the money went! Tell us something we don’t know!
With States already passing legislation to take public school funding to give subsidies to rich kids already in private schools, under the talking points of “school choice,” you think your property tax isn’t going to go up to pay for the shortages in public school funding? That includes home schooling, a stipend for parents that shouldn’t be home schooling to begin with!
You think Elon needs your money to send his critters to school?
