Mikey Weinstein,
Thank you, Thank you for everything, Thank you for finding me, having my back even while i’m deployed in (Middle Eastern country withheld) for going above and beyond, and taking care of me even while you’re still in the hospital bed. Without you I wouldn’t have known I could deny an article 15, without you and the Military Religious Freedom Foundation I would’ve definitely been in a worse place than I am now. Thank you and the Military Religious Freedom Foundation for all you do. And Thank you for supporting Army National Guard soldiers like me.

This letter is a FAKE. A soldier cannot DENY an article 15. This is really pathetic.
Oh yes, a soldier can indeed deny an article 15 and demand a court-martial instead. You might want to check your facts before spewing your misinformation, old soldier who has nothing better to do with their time than pester us.
I apologize I was wrong excuse me
Recommend the book “Military Justice is to Justice as Military Music is to Music.
Should be an issue item imo.
Out of print. Can get it used on Thrift books, $10 bucks. Other options available. Dated but relevant imo.
Saw it used on a frivolous Captain’s mast for a friend that, appropriately, missed a morning formation because of mission requirements, requested a special court martial – article 15 dropped.
Three options, Summary, Special, and General court martial.
Support the MRFF. Mr. Weinstein is an attorney and former white house counsel. He also has what many others don’t – integrity!
