Those helping SSgt Goddard need to start a letter writing campaign to these: Senators from New Mexico (https://share.google/aimode/NEhx7RcIc3lnkuCoB), Senators from CA (https://share.google/aimode/mRfYSYuaByuGCuhuT), House Representatives for 8th Congress District, John Garamendi(D) HOR 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Districts for NM (https://share.google/aimode/wdgYZrqD52Xcs3ksZ) and demand Congressional investigations (SSgt G’s right, which means him formally going to IG Office and notifying them…if not officially notifying them, then he is stepping out of military order and could get another UCMJ charge). The Congressional investigation can subpoena all emails and records from SSgt G’s chain of command, specify by name all the way up the chain to SECWAR. Also contact the ACLU who could provide a high end pro bono attorney that could initiate a civil law suite against the individuals named from the emails and orders. The heat coming from all angles will force everyone to back down…it could mean SSgt G’s ouster on general principals (get out of the BS), but only get out if the discharge offer is General or Honorable, and still sue the heck out of everyone for character defamation, workplace bullying (chain of command coercion and no transparency of processes putting strain on mental state), unlawful coercion through UCMJ proceedings being conducted outside the scope of the immediate chain of command (SSgt G’s commander obviously is not the one forcing the UCMJ proceedings as the local commander can stop the process unless he/she is also being coerced by being threatened with loss of command)…or accept a UCMJ and demand a full court martial which allows all evidence of discovery to include even the most trivial and meaningless to the case, but ALL EVIDENCE is allowed to include the subpoena emails of the chain of command and potential collection of evidence from SECWAR down to the drug testing. This could delay things for SSgt G through Trump getting out of office and SECWAR’s ouster so SSgt G needs to hold firm and not budge. Be resilient and resolute for justice to prevail.
Hampton Roads Chapter USAWOA, I suspect that the ACLU avenue may be the best route for this Technical Sergeant (E6). There’s a pretty clear line of evidence suggesting that he’s being targeted for being neurodivergent: he has a prescription from a doctor at DGMC for Adderall and has been diagnosed with ADHD. Obviously, he’s been performing at or above standards in his AFSC, so his ADHD is well managed. He wouldn’t BE an E6 if his performance was sub par!
That said, I’d certainly be willing to ask MY representative to request a Congressional into the practices of TSgt Goddard’s Squadron, Group and Wing leadership. Rep. Cuellar has been actively working for active duty, Guard and Reserve personnel and their families here in South Texas — and there’s a LOTTA military and civilian personnel here abouts!
